Finally after being with out my meds for now going on 2 weeks I received a message they will put them in on July 2nd and still no updates. These are your hormones which are extremely dangerous to mess with. They just leave you high and dry very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend at all much better at Peter md. Customer service has no phone info and the Dr never answers phones or voicemails. SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Had a few fulfillment issues along the way, but the Maximus team stepped up and handled my case with great care.
Would absolutely recommend this company to any individuals looking to take their health to new levels, or fasttrack their recovery from significant injuries/lifestyle hiccups.

I referred my dad to your service and he took your blood test and got his results back. He found out that he could use his insurance through his personal doctor so he re-ran his blood work within a few days of your test. The results were not just off a little but a huge amount.
When he told me this, I decided to test it myself. I went in to get my bloodwork done and the next day I took your "simple" arm poke technique. The results were way off.
I don't think this is a proper way to get your bloodwork done and from my small sample, it's misleading.
Re-think the harm you may be doing to men across this country with this method.

I believe they have revitalized this type of segment.
They bring security most importantly. It’s a very secure and safe process.
Top notch customer service. They actively participate and preemptively assist with notifications. When something necessary is needed and promptly when contacted, in every available method (phone/text/email/various methods through the app itself. This is convenient for the user, which brings their customer service to the absolute highest level. Which is worth its weight in gold.
Just seamless structure. The app has amazing devs because everything runs perfectly. They even condensed a portion of the app that used another app to speak with the doctors, now it’s all in one app. Which is obviously convenient and works great.
So far nothing negative.
The only way this could company could be any better is if it was free, that’s clearly not possible.
If you look into the time and care and convenience this offers, there are so many benefits to going to regular doctor.
A regular doctor won’t understand and will not even give you the time of day if you mention testosterone levels or the like.
Point is, even if you only use this company solely to check and see where your at, you are moving in the right direction.
Also the manner in which the blood is drawn is amazing, revolutionary really. The company they use for labs is fast and the results are clear and concise. All questions can be answered with either messages or a face to face zoom type call.
I can’t think of any drawbacks and want to say thank you.

Update: after being in contact with thier customer service team, I'm changing my review to 3 stars 🌟. The customer service team made it right and refunded my original purchase price. I hope they use this experience to change their website and onboarding process to be much more clear. If you know the patient is on a specific type of medication, your sight should absolutely direct them to where they can get that specific medication...not just give them whatever. 😉
I literally signed up and told them I was currently on 2.5 mg of trizepitide. They conveniently decided to send me semiglutide. After reaching out to support, they tell me they dont offer trizepitide to "new customers". Then why bother asking what meds I'm currently taking. BEWARE DONT GET SCAMMED! LITERALLY OUT ALMOST 400 BUCKS FOR THE WRONG MEDS!! ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

1 start for easy sign up but what a disaster working with the provider. I signed up on May 31st, charged $840 for the quarterly program - answered questionaire that I'm currently on 10mg. Took a while for Elation Passport email from them, which I then get a intro message from the provider and that prescription is sent to pharmacy on 6/2, no information about what was ordered. Reached out to support on 6/12 to ask about my meds. Typical answer about them reaching out to provider. Decided to dig through the website and the app on 6/14 and finally found that 2.5mg was ordered for me. I reached out to provider and nothing and reached out to support on 6/16 who reached out to provider and supposedly fixed the issue. Received meds on 6/19 and guess what, it's for 2.5mg/week. Reached out to support and obviously I was sent back to provider. Messaged my provider and a care coordinator was assigned to my message but have not heard from either since. Comes 6/23, Maximus has a new messaging system in their website now so they asked me to message the provider there, guess what? No respond from the provider. 6/26, reached back out to support as provider is clearly ignoring me but oh wait, they have escalated the problem. At this point, they are unwilling to refund me or fix the problem.
Update 2025-07-04:
Good news! After posting my feedback and reaching out via chat and email, their Assistant Customer Success Manager finally got in touch and made things right. They changed my provider and expedited the shipping of my medication.
I'm really grateful we were able to reach a resolution. I’ll continue to monitor how things go over the next few months, but for now, I’m relieved and appreciative of the follow-through.
