Great information and easy to use

So far the tracker has given me some good info about my dog’s daily activities and such. I’m hoping with time the information will get even better. My dog also doesn’t seem to even notice the device on her collar. It fits easily and you can’t even notice it. For context I have a dachshund. My only concern is I have noticed it takes an awfully long time to charge the device and only lasts about a week.

Unreliable Tracking and Poor Customer Support

We've been using the trackers 24/7 on all three of our dogs since Tuesday. However, the tracking data is inconsistent and inaccurate. One tracker shows zero days toward our 7-day trend goal, another shows just one day, and the third shows 2 days — when all three should be at four days by now.

The sensors also fail to store and upload data reliably. Several times, we've taken our dogs on walks that weren’t recorded because we were out of range of the base station. Despite following all troubleshooting steps, the data never uploaded afterward.

Even more concerning, our dogs often go on the same walk, yet the trackers record different results — or fail to register the activity entirely. These discrepancies make it hard to trust the accuracy of the product.

Lastly, customer service has been extremely unresponsive. I've reached out daily, and most of the time I receive no reply. The one response I did get was a generic troubleshooting email that didn’t resolve the issue. When I replied to explain that the problem persisted, I never heard back.

Slow, poor service! And doesn't work!

Slow delivery! Placed order 4th of June and still not up and running, home unit replaced but second one doesn't work either, responses are so slow and not helpful!! So disappointing

*Peace of mind on our morning walks*

Binx used to limp sometimes, and I’d stress wondering if I overdid our walks. Now I see when his activity dips, so I can give him extra rest days. I feel so much calmer knowing I’m doing right by him.

Do not recommend

Tried the product on 3 pets and it didnt work for any of them. They could all be playing together for a while and it would pick up on one sensor but not the others etc. Whole walks didnt get picked up as well. I got the response of making sure the sensor wasn't on too tight or too loose - they weren't, they were on as directed and comfortable for the pets. As the activity monitoring was so inaccurate I couldn't trust that any of the other health information was either. Therefore I asked to cancel. This was within the 30 days 'no questions asked' return period. The terms of this state you'll receive a refund minus shipping costs. As I didnt pay shipping costs I didnt expect any to be deducted but this isn't the case and £9.99 was deducted because this is what it would have cost if I had paid it. Absolutely ridiculous and completely misleading terms - I'd therefore also be cautious of what else they're misleading people on. I've reported to the relevant regulators/authorities and my bank.

Update- after I left this review I received a text message saying it was from the CEO and asking if I was available to call so they could understand what happened and fixed it.
You can't reply to the text, so its pointless. I've also already explained everything in this review and in the email conversation that was had before I left this review. What happened? - the terms and conditions are misleading, and they're robbing people. How can they fix it?- change the terms and conditions, and stop robbing people.
It's not difficult.

So far so good :)

I’ve been using this with my indoor cat for a couple weeks and so far, it’s been working great. The data given on the app is consistent with her daily activity. The battery life on the sensor is also pretty good — it can go a few days on a single charge. So far, i am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend.

We’re only a week in and already I’m already so happy

We’re only a week in and already I’m very happy with my purchase. Love being able to see his activity and sleep, we’re just about to get the patterns set after 1 week of 24/7 wear and I can’t wait to see the info we get from here. Highly recommend if you’re an anxious dog mom and want to track their stats.

I have had Maven for close to a week…

I have had Maven for close to a week now and let me tell you I am already impressed. My dog had hip surgery so I was always unsure how much exercise she was getting or if it was too much for her! The app “predicted” that she would have muscle soreness after a day of unusual exercise!

Ask for Shipping/Tracking Information if You Don't Get it In a Couple Days

5/5 update: I finally received the package! Setup went quickly and easily, and the devices are charging now. The app is very intuitive, and the instruction manual is clear. My only/biggest complaint is just not getting the tracking information so I couldn't get these earlier. Will update on functionality of the collars after use.
5/2 update: I heard back from the shipping carrier, and the information has been received by customs. Hopefully another 3-4 days.
4/30 update: I finally heard back, and my shipment was held up by customs, awaiting further detail. Maven provided my tracking information. Since I didn't have a tracking number to look up before now, there's no way I could have known it was awaiting that, and I haven't gotten any voicemails or emails from the carrier. Customs isn't allowed to hold packages longer than 10 days, so I have 2 days to get this resolved before it is returned to sender.
4/29: I ordered this a week and a half ago for medical monitoring of my 14 year old cat. I need to monitor sleeping breath rate. I still have not received anything or any tracking or shipping information. I emailed several days ago and have still not heard back. But the money has come out of my bank account so I’ve paid for time I’m not getting on the subscription and I’m not able to monitor what I need to on my cat.

I will update this as time goes on

I will update this as time goes on, but so far the customer service has been slow and nonexistent! They only have an email to reach them, which is the most frustrating part when you have any kind of issue you have to depend on waiting for an email back that goes into inbox is full of thousands of other pieces of spam and junk why people don’t want to use regular communication anymore. I don’t know. Spend the extra couple bucks and talk to your customers

The tracker is really impressive.

The tracker is really impressive.

I've gotten it because my dog has multiple health conditions, IBD, heart disease, arthritis and kidney disease. I wanted to be able to stop worrying about his breathing ect day to day and the tracker is the perfect solution! I was a little disappointed to find not all of the features were available on the android app. But I got in touch with the support team and they explained some features are already being added in the next two weeks and were really open and transparent explained the Android app was relatively new. And were clear about what was currently missing from the android version.
I think it's an amazing product and it's already given me peace of mind and I've not even gotten to make use of all it's features yet. I recommend to anyone with concerns about their pet, especially older ones

I do like the idea behind why Maven was…

I do like the idea behind why Maven was created to monitor your pets health and daily activity. But starting off with getting the collar for my pet there was issues with the sensor collecting data, it being transferred to the app, and some bugs that occurred in the app. Maven customer service has been very helpful with my concerns. It’s too soon to say if this sensor is working out well we haven’t used it for long and need to collect more data to see if this decision for our pet was worth it.

Collar Coach

Maven is helping me determine how active my corgi is. He has put on some weight and I needed to know how much exercise he is getting. I learned that he barely moves each day after seeing his data.
