I tried to login on my account using my current member # and password. It is not accepting it, so.... I have been trying to reset my password many times. I am not receiving a link to reset, even though I have put my email in several times.

Howard handles the heavies

Thank you, Howard, for your patience and resolve to help me with the emailed MMIP policy discount offers that weren't as straight forward as I would have liked. I have been a member for years now and appreciate his effort on my behalf.
It would help if the marketing department would take note when sending out their policy discount offers to those who are not eligible to receive them (ie: I have to be within 3 months of my renewal date to qualify.) Why not send this offer out to us when we can benefit, not just a few who fall into the right timeframe. It's frustrating to be tempted with a $20 or $15 discount only to discover that no discount was applied due to not qualifying. Feels careless from a business standpoint. Thank you for "listening".

I thought I was on auto renew. Then I get this email saying I have to renew now. So, I renewed (179), only to find out that I AM on auto renew at senior pricing(159).. Now what do I do?
