I reached out to customer service to ask some questions and further discuss our options. They made several suggestions but did not pressure a purchase at all. When I was finally ready to place an order online, Alex reached out once again to make sure this was the right device for our needs. We received the device within three days. There was a small issue upon delivery, and Alex immediately made sure that issue was resolved. I cannot recommend this company enough! Wonderful experience.
