This company is amazing

This company is amazing. Their products are A1 and they are great to work with as well. I would 100% recommend this company because you can tell they care about their customers and have amazing products

I Call Shenanigans...

Maniology only offered a generic apology and a refund which I consider extremely poor customer service. I'm convinced their hazmat excuse is gaslighting because of this experience. If they bring up hazmat reasons for your missing product, beware! I was given the same lip service and it turned out to be false. Here is the final email I sent to them:

Subject: Request for Full Refund – Ongoing Order Issues
Dear Maniology Customer Support,
I am extremely disappointed with how my order has been handled. After weeks of delays and a theoretical hazmat issue that didn’t turn out to be the case, my package was ultimately lost, and now I’ve been informed that several of my items are out of stock. This entire experience has been highly frustrating, and I no longer have confidence in your ability to fulfill this order.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund for my entire purchase. Please process the refund immediately and confirm once it has been issued. I expect this matter to be resolved without further complications.

I hate to say it, but this company needs to be investigated. I hope this helps you if you are like me and find yourself in a similar position as I did with Maniology. You're not alone. I'm upset too.

Seattle...Now I was confused it always ship from Hawaii called and called no return call emailed and emailed no response as of 10/14/24 crickets from this company be careful if I believe some accounts were compromised and they have not told their customers.....shame on y'all !!! Will never do business with this company again....

brands friendliness and service to creators

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Maniology, and I can’t express how impressed I am with their incredible customer service and the quality of their products! From the very beginning, the team was accommodating and responsive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Their nail stamping kit is simply amazing! It came with everything I needed, including three beautiful colors and a helpful guide for those new to nail stamping. As someone who prefers to keep my nails short and isn’t a fan of extensions, I found the stamping process to be incredibly easy and convenient.

I love how versatile the stamping polish is—you can even use it as a base color! Despite my shorter nails, the results turned out beautifully, and I can only imagine how stunning the designs would look on longer nails.

Overall, my experience with Maniology has been fantastic, and I highly recommend their products to anyone looking to elevate their nail art game. I can't wait to explore more designs with them in the future!

Fast Shipping Great Products

Shipping was really fast and a good selection of products. Everything I received (stamper, scraper, stamping plates, nail polish) are high quality. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

Expensive and bad shipping

On 1st of April, I have made my purchase and it went smoothly. Couple of days later I have received my notification of shipment and tracking code. The package first arrived to the Netherlands, even though shipping address was in Germany. Oh well, it is normal I guess. Hence PostNL was responsible for delivery. Since 30th of April my package seems to be at a pickup point without any information on it's address. When I contacted to PostNL, they informed me that after leaving the Netherlands they cannot track the package. When I wrote to their customer service, they told me to check their "pickup point" website by entering my postcode, which obviously giving an address 800 km away from shipping address. I still have no clue where my package is and the customer service is definitely incapable. Paying 18$ for shipping and is this what I am getting? Never again!
