Everything in my order came a lot quicker than I expected and was able to assemble it pretty easily with the help of my cousin. Only issues were a missing stackable plate from a box and my own mistake of installing the top weight incorrectly which Kath was more than helpful getting me the last parts I needed to finish the build. Can’t wait to use it.

I expected far better from a company selling premium-priced fitness equipment. I purchased a set of lever arms for over $300, and the quality is extremely disappointing. Even when the arms are "secured" with the safety pins in place, there's a concerning amount of movement—especially during shoulder presses. The instability makes the equipment feel unsafe and could easily result in injury. The safety pins slide out with minimal effort, and the mismatched hole sizing between the arms creates uneven, wobbly motion. For gear meant to handle heavy loads, that’s a serious issue.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience was just as frustrating. After sending a detailed video as requested, I was told I'd get a reply within 24–48 hours—but it took over a week. When I finally heard back, the response was short, dismissive, and made no attempt to actually address the safety concerns. I was simply told the issue was "normal" and to return the product if I didn’t like it. No ownership, no real support, and no regard for customer safety.

Ultimately, you get what you pay for. If you’re building a home gym, it may be worth spending a bit more with a company known for better quality control and customer care. This experience with Major Fitness was a letdown from start to finish—and not something I’d recommend to others looking for safe, reliable equipment.

I bought an F 35 pro and had 2 parts that needed replacing. I called and spoke with a lady named Kath, she helped me find the proper parts and she processed it immediately. 3 days later and I had my parts. The machine runs smooth, and I think it’s the best value machine out there. Thanks for the great service and great machine!

Got the B52 Pro Power Rack. It’s everything I had hoped for. And this is coming from an experienced gym goer. Upon installation, I was an idiot and ruined one of the pieces. I reached out to Kaye, who immediately put me in touch with the production team. They reordered the piece I needed and started to ship it out in a day. Can’t recommend this company enough!

I ordered this quite pricy set of equipment not knowing what exactly to expect. It shipped fast and was easy but time consuming to put together. Absolutely worth every penny! There was an issue with the 7ft barbell and it got lost in the FedEx system but Kaye from Major Fitness got the insurance taken care of and shipped out a new bar pronto. This is very much a buy once cry once set up and the excellent customer service makes Major Fitness a company I would buy from again.

Pull down bars are junk. Curl bar is junk. The amount of stacked weights is not enough.

The all-in-one machine that I ordered was on back order, and your reps gave me multiple dates on when my order would ship. Unfortunately, my order did not ship on those dates, and after waiting over a month and receiving three dates that my order failed to ship, I ended up canceling my order and demanding a full refund. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have the B52 pro, it’s very solid built equipment. Has plenty of features that I can use. I also purchased the leg extension/curl piece , only problem with this is not enough weight for legs, and the attachment doesn’t go low enough(due to the cable attachment) for the leg curl to sit lower than top of calf so if your tall it’s not the best for this workout. Also it’s a standing curl. But the smith bar moves perfectly. The setup took 5 hrs for my wife and I but instructions were easy. Definitely recommend a ratchet or drill to tighten fully, the included tools are mediocre.
