Joke!

Impossible to contact customer services, seriously delayed order received with the wrong size as I was departing to to the airport. Phone numbers are not in use, they do not read emails/messages…. Terrible experience, keep away. Ruined my present for my boy.

Very disappointing

1) for 21st century, it took ages to ship my shirt
2) once it arrived, it was without any packaging. Just a shirt thrown into a Royal Mail bag
3) the shirt had obvious yellow stains around the neck. it was disgusting.
4) sent an email asking for return, and for them to pay for it, since it's not my fault
5) after 1 week, no reply. I decided to return it and pay for it.
6) now waiting for a refund. lets see

Extremely poor communication

I never received any feedback or communication to what was happening with my order. Only communication was after the delivery date had lapsed and I emailed to enquire, that was later emailed a refund email stating I would be refunded within 10 days.
This is not good customer service in my opinion. I will think twice before trusting in ordering stuff from this site due to this failure in communication. It could of been an easy fix of ordering something different and pay the difference for example but due to the poor way if being handled, I'm left with no choice but to take my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the order, I ordered small size ended up getting medium size. Took it to Bradford Shop to return it. Shop was close, mobile number displayed on door to contact. Rang several times but no answer left message to contact me. I had no contact to this day. I got email to return to Bradford shop, I sent is First class, still waiting to hear from them.

I ordered via love the sales said my item was gonna be arriving the Thursday well by the Saturday heard nothing I tried emailing maison threads it said there email was non existent I got threw to love the sales they emailed me back and said they will look into it for me they come back and said my item was out of stock I had no communication from maison threads if I was an old person that couldn’t email I would be waiting there for an order never coming with no one telling me

Beware bofore purchasing.Worst customer service as non existent. Bought item co acted via email phone website many times to no response. Had to return item and get money back via bank. Never to use this company ever again.
