They took our money and closed our account. They said they would issue a refund, but they never did.
It gets worse—since a new month has started, they stole money from my credit card again. Do not do business with them. They are thieves. They said they would refund the money, but instead they charged my credit card again. I can't even submit a ticket because they permanently closed my account, so I can't log into their site—but they keep charging my credit card. THIEVES.
