TWICE, within 20 days, I sent a simple request for information about the ‘Victorian Hall Tree Bench’ (SKU: MBWJDT016-CUS). I wanted to know the delivery price for Canada. It seems to me that this is a relatively simple question that would have required a short answer. Unfortunately, I received NO ANSWER. This is a very poor start as far as customer service is concerned. I should point out that the purchase of this ‘Hall tree bench’ was a first test with a view to acquiring, in the coming months, a series of coffee tables as well as a bed/bed tables. Given Mahogany Millworks' inability to reply to two emails, I obviously have no confidence in them. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I placed an order in February 2024. After paying in- full, I was first promised that I would receive my order by August 2024, then mid-September 2024, then end of September 2024. None of my communications were responded to after September 3, 2024 for one month until I advised that I would be taking remedial action. The response I received was superficial and did not answer the question. This experience is consistent with others indicated here.

These guys are Incredible. A1 quality craftsmanship, everything is always perfect! This is now the 7th piece of furniture I have bought in the last two years and am always incredibly happy with everything!

Just a cluster of things wrong. Overpromised and undelivered. Way behind timeline, shipping was a disaster and had missed 6 boxes on the original. Craftsmanship looks all right but not worth the wait or the price. Disappointing.

Bottom Line Up Front: This company is completely trustworthy and does fantastic work.
I took a leap of faith ordering from this company. I did my research but since this product is a custom order and is manufactured in a different country I knew this could be a mess if things didn't go as advertised. I am so happy with my bed. It was a custom order. The manufacturers ensured they had my specific requirements met. They fixed what I pointed out and ensured again they met my requirements. My bed arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted.

I was and am amazed by the beautiful Mahogany Bar that I purchased for my new restaurant. I was a long wait, but absolutely worth it. The workmanship is beyond what I expected, and the finish is perfect and beautiful. I was also amazed by their expert job in wrapping of the components. It was shipped half way around the world and arrived without a single scratch on it. When the delivery driver failed to make it to our restaurant, we had to go pick it up. Mahogany Millworks and Basil took care of the added costs of doing that 100%. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mahogany Millworks!

Mahagony Millworks worked with me on a custom bed built off of several pictures of my purebred Maine Coon. I was thinking perhaps corner posts or a head board, but they did both well under what I was expecting to pay for such detailed custom work. They sent me pictures for approval every step of the way and also worked with me to update my address after a move. The bed is the single most glorious thing I've ever seen and will be my treasured heirloom forever. I can't recommend them enough if you have a specific vision for amazing custom work.

Very professional. Mahogany Millworks makes you feel that your order is very important to them. They will do whatever is necessary to achieve satisfaction for the customer. Their communication with the customer is excellent. Mr. Basil Halta has a very calm professional way about him. He puts you at easy, no stress.
