terrible seller with slow delivery and ridiculous policies

I placed a order for protective skater's knee pads on March 3. Because I needed quick delivery, I asked in comments section at time of order “how long will shipping take” and got no response. It is reasonable for seller to assume that time was an issue when I ask you this, and reasonable for me to expect to have my order in 5-7 business days. Shipping wasn’t processed for 7 days. I followed up with phone call and was told the courier picked up the order “yesterday”. USPS was still “waiting” for items to deliver. Items got to USPS 11 days after I ordered and paid. Knee pads finally arrived, 13 days after I placed my order. There was only one pad per package, making a pair cost $44—which is ridiculous. I do see now that towards the bottom of the description it reads “One knee pad per package.” However, this is far down in the listing and does not appear on a standard screen without scrolling. Several times in the description that does appear on first screen “knee pads” are described. Also, the package says knee pad on front, but the description on the back is for a Gel Bunionette pad for the pain of small toe bunions with a loop over the toe--not knee pads. It is not reasonable to think a skater want only a single knee pad for protection. It is not common for a person to only and always fall on the same knee. I had no reason to think you Magicskate was selling a single pad for $22. I chose to order from you because the price was lower IF IT HAD ACTUALLY BEEN A PAIR. The items were unopened but seller refused to make an exception to the no returns policy, in spite of the incorrect and misleading information on product and poor service. DON'T shop with MagicSkate!! The same products are available elsewhere online.
