Hundreds of Dollars. 7 Years. Nothing.

Back in 2018 I came across this company and was intrigued by their mission to "change charging for good" (cuz let's face it, device chargers overall pretty much suck). So, I signed up and made a several hundred $ investment for (2) family pro kits of charging devices that all worked individually and also magnetically snapped together as a singular system with cool LED indicators, high-powered vehicle battery jumper along with many other functions, but none of the items were manufactured yet as they were all still in the design phase, so I got the "ground level, early investor" deal and spent the next ~4 years patiently waiting in angst while following the manufacturing process which had delay after delay which led to an even bigger opportunity to invest more money into the company (I did not invest additional funds, but I did purchase several charging cables they made interim to the chargers) and eventually they were able to finalize only a couple of the items in the family kit, which included the most anticipated item, the Magfast Extreme. They finally got to shipping orders of the partial bundle of family pro kits but manufacturing stalled soon thereafter due to supply chain issues and a lot of us were left out in the cold. They ran out of parts and money, but instead of throwing in the towel... you guessed it. They ran another campaign for more crowd funding for a whole new line of generation 2 (GEN 2) products supposedly even better than the pro kits most of us never received. As compensation to those of us left out in the cold, they gave us MAGbucks they said we can use to purchase the GEN 2 products. Well, now that those products are getting ready to manufacture, they opened preorders. I went to use my MAGbucks to preorder the new GEN 2 line (which really don't seem better than the first generation) and low and behold, wouldn't ya know it... the new items are about 4-6x the cost of the first-generation chargers. Additionally, they're capping the use of MAGbucks to a maximum of 50% of my order, so I need to pay even more than the several hundred $ I originally paid for the first line of products AGAIN if I do not want to lose my initial investment and want to actually receive products for my investment. I sent an email to customer service to voice my dismay to the 50% max Magbucks per order. The response I received was from a bot explaining the process on how to use my magbucks which included a one-line explanation why they capped magbuck usage to 50% of orders saying they won't be able to remain operational otherwise.

In other words, they refuse to address this problem with their original investors, opting for the "take-it or leave-it" solution.

Needless to say, I'll be cutting my losses this day.

Do not I implore you, don't purchase…

Do not I implore you don't purchase anything from them. in a charger. Months then years went by with no product. Can't get my investment back so they gave me Mag Fast Bucks. Totally worthless can on be used on their product. A $36 charging cable.

When I originally was watching The hour plus video/lives of Seymour and the sidekick in 2023 I got overly excited for a one person home I ordered the family kit. I only ordered the family kit because I wanted the charger was was supposed to jump a car with included jumper cords. I ordered this in the summer of 2023. I spent approximately $500 or just over $500 including warranties and taxes. And when he first started telling people that we would get mag bucks. Without telling the details of how that would work. I held off on trying to get a refund. That was over a year ago and all I get are emails to invest in this company that I never got the first order worth $500 with a free car jumper. That has never got! Seymour STATED AT ONE POINT at the beginning of TRYING to save THIS company that he will NEVER put a product out to sell UNLESS IT'S READY TO SHIP AT THE TIME. That was a total lie! I just got an email for the generation 2 charger. As I'm reading it says pre-order!!! The same thing I got looped into first time. YOU KNOW WHAT SEYMOUR YOU NEED TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND AND QUIT LYING TO PEOPLE. Or changing your story about how you're going to keep MAGFAST alive and actually get something. Now mind you I didn't get as far to find out how much they are charging for the new generation 2. Because I stopped as soon as it said pre-order. I spent $500 estimated on the full family package with supposed to get a free second one car JUMPER that had three magnetic places to charge different items. When I saw that they were selling suitcases I about pooped my pants! My jaw dropped! Because they couldn't even get out the charger to me and they're selling these outrageous priced suitcases that had the 3 charger/and the face it would jump start your car. Which if they can't get me my Family charging kit sent how are they going to sell that included in their carry-on luggage if they never made it to start with? All of this stuff adds up to a lot of anger. The way they're trying to get away with it is they are not saying it was a starter company. And we are taking a chance on putting money towards it because it was the starter company. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT WAS EVER STATED IN THE PRESENTATION WHERE I PURCHASED MY FAMILY CHARGER SET! I also believe I screen recorded that whole session... But I suggest anybody else who is purchasing these new generation 2 if they do get it at all, they're still screwing thousands and thousands of people out of their previous orders claiming they're going to give us mag bucks worth what I just read up to 50% times two. Example: I would have a $500 * 2 so that would equal $1,000 at 50% order. So I would have to pay half price of the new generation 2 charger after paying $500 and still have to pay 50% on that!!! How much crap do they think I want!!! Like I said it's only me!! The only and only reason I am giving them two stars is that I do love their 6 ft charging cords. Once I received those I had hopes that they would follow through with the rest of this first order that I spent a half a grand on! But nope from what I understand there are people waiting from 2020 that are in the same position as I am. THE ONLY REASON I did not do this review earlier is because Seymour said if everybody leaves a bad review we won't be able to get our products done and we won't even be able to give you 50% of what you bought. So I held my tongue. But now that I see they're doing pre-orders on generation 2 that just makes me all mad as get out! I know this is long if you bother to read it I'm glad. Don't take any chances. Until you know for a Fact that the previous people have their orders and they are actually shipping when you order... I had such high hopes for this product. I can't take it anymore! I'm going to assume I've eaten my $500 is a bad bad mistake I'm ordering too late at night. If I'm wrong and something else does happen miraculously, I will be highly happy. And will change part of my review... Ps it won't let me send this review if I don't put something in the date I'm referring to. So I'm going to have to go back as far as they will let me which is June 2024. But my actual order was placed in May or June 2023

I'm going to say that initially I was…

I'm going to say that initially I was unhappy with my experience, not getting much of my pre-orders. On the other hand, I love my charging bank and my charging cords. The bank charges my phone (and 2 other things) in about 1/4 of the time my normal charger would. I have been given "magbucks" to purchase new items, instead of a refund, but the company had to make choices to survive and get it's new products out. I have faith that they will continue to bring great products to the market.

MAGFAST does come through, I am proof.

I am super pleased with MAGFAST, I have been and will definitely continue to be a custom. Yes in the past there were delays and things took a long time for shipping. However, I put my trust in them and kept my patience and the rewards for that have been amazing. The products I have received are superb the items that were not filled I received amazing compensation for. I believe their integrity is A+. For those who complain I say, ok your choice, but also your loss and you missed out. This may raise hurt feelings but I can handle that, while I continue using my great MAGFAST products. To everyone, have a blessed day.

Total scam company. Ordered back in 2021 and still waiting for my product. Any and all email request for refund are met with we have restructured our company and you should’ve recieved an email for a credit voucher for current products…..blah blah blah. Never even offering to refund monies spent for a product I never recieved.

Scam company.

Scam company.
Back in 2019. MAGFAST promised free chargers to people who attended there webinar. I attended did everything I was asked got my Receipt. They said you have to wait, paying customers first. This was 6+ Years ago. This was 110% scam. The company lies and should not be trusted.

Others are saying the same thing and the company takes place in some potentially illegal scam processes. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I placed a preorder in November 2019. Never received any product. This company continues to tout amazing charging devices. To date, they sell overpriced cables. That is it. Oh wait, they sell the promises of more heartache and loss of money if you invest in their company...so there is that. SCAM!!

Magfast and it's scam operation

When Magfast started taking pre-order for their dream wall charger and other accessories I was impressed and paid them around $200 to receive their future products. They keep coming online to promote their imaginary products and keep bragging about it. Since I liked it I keep joining thus spending hours and hours.
It's been six years since I invested close to $200 and received none of my promise d devices.
It's really disgusting to see a company would cheat like this? Now I see they are busy with their scam again to run away with more money.

I ordered from them in 2021 and never received anything. It's 2025 now, and customer service lacks the communication needed to either get my products or a full refund. Do not waste time investing into this company unless it's on a source that they must comply with like Amazon.

PLEASE, Read all 1 star reviews as these are all likely legit... I know how companies work here and try deleting all the 1 star reviews and getting them buried... WELL they get 5 stars for scamming.. ITs been going on 5 years and still have not received my order which was I think close to $400. They said all the stuff that was suppose to be the latest tech chargers were out of date. But could upgrade for the retail price and get a 50% credit to another product that was some cords that were over priced by 1000%. And then still want you to pay 50% of it.. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
