I will give this a zero if I could. They're just blatantly a criminal enterprise. They lure you in with a small trial period price and then immediately charge you full price. There is no customer service You can talk to other than chatbots or anonymous email in which they say they're trying to help you, I'll do nothing for you.

DON'T GO NEAR MADMUSCLES
Having bought what I thought was a 4 week plan at £11.99 they immediately took another £49.99 without my permission and it seems set this up as a regular subscription too (according to PayPal who were an amazing help in getting my money back and stopping future payments) - having taken my money I can't access their App or online as my email isn't recognised but it sure was when they took my money via PayPal - what a horrible company MadMuscles are...and when looking at the site and answering the questions it all seems so nice and helpful which is all part of the scam - do not buy anything from these people, wish I'd seen these reviews first...exactly the same thing happening over and over and MadMuscle getting money from unsuspecting customers in such an underhand way. Go to your gym, look up youtube, lets get fit ourway and not ripped off in the process

This website is designed to get your credit card details with an cheap offer,then charge you for expensive upgrades while you browse their other offerings.
I was suddenly charged U$49.99 while just reading about other programs.
Within 5 minutes I asked for a refund, but was told I did not meet their refund policy.
I escalated the request to a supervisor and he said the same.
Be very carefull if you give them your card details...
They will scam you.

I got charged for stuff I never wanted. I tried to communicate this to them but they came back with no refund, even though I never used the APP. Total gangsters!
