I had a rough idea what spec I wanted but no idea about cars. As we arrived Neil came over and asked if we needed help. This is exactly what I want from a salesman someone to sell me a car and he did. He goes the extra mile, is very personable, trustworthy and extremely conscientious. Unfortunately Neil was on holiday when I picked my car up which was far from a good experience. However, on Neil’s return the several issues I had were sorted promptly.
I would highly recommend Neil Morris to sell anyone a car

called into m53 ford to look at new omoda cars was greeted by jamie.i found jamie to be very knowledgable in all aspects of the car.so i bought one...on pick up jamie was excellent showed me all the gadgets in the car set up my app on my phone..everythink was a breeze from start to finish..i found jamie very approachable and friendly ...il be bringing my son inlaw along shortly to buy one and would highly reccomend the car and the service you get at m53 ford.

I have just took delivery of my ford puma what can I say the customer service off all the staff in this show room is excellent nothing is too much trouble and Jayne Brown is exceptional with her knowledge and customer service I first spoke to Jayne two weeks ago and I feel like I have gained a friend so if anyone is thinking about visiting a ford dealer give M53 ford Ellesmere port a visit ask for Jayne you will not be disappointed.

Took my recently purchased Omoda 9 back to the M53 Ellesmere Port dealership due to a couple of minor niggles - brilliant response by Tom & Rory in sorting them out. What a delightful experience when buying a used car with the guys at M53 Ford. In the past I’ve been chased around forecourt’s when I just wanted to check out the stock!! This wasn’t my experience here at M53 Ford. After a while Neil Morris came over and, without being pushy (or annoying) we struck up a conversation which included the style of car I was after and, quickly and efficiently before too long I was test driving the first of 2 cars that I was interested in. Neil was informative about the cars which meant I could quite quickly make up my mind on what car I felt was suitable for what I needed. After that, again, nothing was rushed or pushy, so much so, I felt at ease to make what has turned out to be the correct decision. Neil was a dream to deal with, always available to answer my many queries and eventually hand over the keys when everything that was promised was sorted. I am so happy with my new car and also the process from first visit to collection. I highly recommend M53 Ford if you are looking for a used car. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever had to write. Well done all at M53 - proper excellent execution from start to finish 👏

Jayne Brown at M53 Ellesmere Port has looked after me for many years now, nothing is ever a hassle or complicated with Jayne who organises every little thing, I don’t have to stress over a thing with Jayne taking care, I would never go anywhere else now, everybody is so friendly and helpful, I cannot fault in any way

Took my car in for its 12 month service / check this morning. Absolutely first class customer service as usual. Have bought my cars from Group M53 for the past 30 years and would not think of going anywhere else - not only do you get good service when buying a car but that extends beyond with the servicing and support received from everyone at Group M53. From walking through the door I feel like a valued customer and in the current climate where people are quick to complain and moan it’s only right that praise is given where it’s due. My daughter passed her driving test and needed a car for uni. Dilemma, buy a banger or treat myself to some new wheels?! Looks like mummy is getting a new car then, so off we went car shopping.

Happened upon M53 Ford, and a friendly sales man called Jamie. After a lot of debating (I was set on a 1.6 diesel and no way would a 1.0 litre petrol out perform a diesel), I took Jamie at his word and took a lovely Focus for a test drive. OMG! he won me over! What a car! I picked up my new wheels this evening, I’m so so happy! Thank you Jamie! 😁

After my car costing too much to get it through MOT I needed to buy a replacement. I visited a few garages to look at the stock but must say M53 was most welcoming. Neil showed me a few options and I went ahead with the purchase. Neil is very attentive yet not pushy. Efficient and helpful but not over the top (as a typical car salesman can be). Owing to my positive experience I took my daughter to meet Neil and he also helped her find what she was looking for.
I am very happy with my purchase, and before and after sales. Also thanks to Jamie who I dealt with on a few occasions. A very friendly and welcoming garage. Thanks! April
