It has been very difficult to get in contact with the company

It has been very difficult to get in touch with the company throughout the whole process. I was told I was going to receive pictures before it was shipped, and that did not happen. The dresser I received is very nice, but not the color I was expecting. However, my biggest issue at this point is it is also missing a knob. I have another company and they have yet to respond again.
