An absolute scam,

An absolute scam,
My mum ordered from them and the product she got was not what she ordered so she sent it back and it’s been 2weeks they don’t reply or refund her , the fact that the only was to contact them is through email says a lot. It’s honestly do disgusting this is the reason why people do not trust online shopping. I feel so sorry for all those who’ve lost their money including my mum.

LUXCASEWORLD SCAM - DO NOT USE

I ordered a phone case April 4th from Luxcaseworld through the SHOP App, stated it was delivered and never was. I emailed them, they stated someone signed for the package but in the same sentence told me to check with the post office. Why do I need to check the post office if someone signed for it. Claim to be doing an investigation, have not heard back. I too place blame on the SHOP App for they should not be dealing with companies that scam customers. Cant seem to get in touch with them...still searching.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I placed an order on Mar 17, 2025. I sent an email asking about my order. They tell me that they have no record of my order and were unable to send the iPhone case and could not refund my money. They took the money. I have put in a distance my bank to try to get my money back

I guess I should have googled them…

I guess I should have googled them before I placed an order, but I thought because they were in the shop pay app, they were legit. Made the order on the 12th of February, they provided a bogus tracking number out of China. I just sent an email stating I want the product or an immediate refund or I will be contacting my credit card company. It is a shame these companies still operate today, and consumers can’t even trust a legitimate app to provide a scam free shopping experience.
