The bag looked fine however it was extremely dirty (either mold or smoke residue) and had a strong smell. I had to pay $85 to get it cleaned and it still has a slight smell to it. When I reached out to the seller, I was a $100 credit toward another purchase. I don't believe the bag was properly authenticated as the odor/smell was overwhelming.

At Lusso & Lux, we take great care to inspect each item thoroughly and describe it as accurately as possible. We photograph and review every detail we can access, and we always disclose an foul smells or obvious defects at the time of sale.
The Dior tote in question did not have any unusual smells or visible issues when it was sold and it is 100% authentic.
As clearly stated in our store policies, all items are pre-loved and sold as-is, and some hidden or internal characteristics may not be visible during inspection. Additionally, we cannot accept returns especially after an item has been cleaned or altered, as this can affect its original condition.
We always aim to provide an honest and transparent shopping experience, and we appreciate all feedback as it helps us grow. Thank you for supporting my small business.
