I like the furniture I chose. I had a minor defect on one of the coffee tables , but I was able to repair myself. However everything worked well. Getting a hold of customer service was a little difficult, but they answered. The only thing I think this place needs to improve is just answering the phones better and remove the recording that they are very busy with customers. Answer the phones! Your customer are very important for your business

Absolutely unacceptable. This is terrible customer service and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I will not be ordering from them again.
