You may not get your order!

Ordered a pair of the aids but had a charging issue with one of them. Sent them back and, eventually, through PayPal, received a refund. Somewhat hesitantly, I ordered another pair. They were billed and paid for on 7 May, arrived at the UPS Facility in Louisville, KY on 9 May, and that's where they have been for the last 18 days. I keep getting the same, daily response. " Your package is pending release from a Government Agency. Once they release it, your package will be on it's way." I got a letter from UPS stating that my order was NOT FDA approved and are under review. Heard NOTHING from the company. Twice bitten, shame on me...

Fantastic Results

I’ve worn various brands—some cheap, some ridiculously expensive—and none were as comfortable or effective as these. They’re almost invisible and don’t fall out when I move around. Exceeded Expectations

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. But these hearing aids have been fantastic. I used the hearing test to configure them for my specific loss, and the results speak for themselves. I hear clearly, the devices are comfortable, and they don’t scream "hearing aid" when I wear them. Highly recommend!

Completely Changed My World

I’d been using cheap sound amplifiers before finally taking the plunge with these. I used my audiogram to personalize them, and wow—what a game changer! Mom Can Hear Again!

Got these for my mother after her expensive pair gave out. She’s over the moon! Says they’re the clearest hearing aids she’s ever used. The fit is comfortable, and the volume and background noise control are excellent. They’ve restored her confidence and she wears them every day without issues.

Outstanding Quality and Value.

I’ve tried more hearing aids than I can count, including high-end ones that cost a fortune. These outperform them all. I had a small issue with my first pair, but customer service was excellent and I got a replacement quickly. This new pair works perfectly. They were easy to set up, and the sound quality is fantastic. They charge fast and last all day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Time Frame

I went online to order set of these hearing aids, as it looked like they were exactly what I needed. I have had a hearing problem for about 15 years. I am 80 years old. I just happened to click on their reviews and what I noticed was the date on the negative reviews and the date of their "prompt" response. Sometimes there was as much as 2 years between the time of the complaint and the customer service response. It looks like the reply's were sent at a much later date as they reviewed their feedback. I still want what they say they offer, but for now, I am afraid to order. Look at the date of the 1 star reviews, and look at the date on their reply.

Customer service is seriously lacking.

My hearing aids were working fine for about a month. The left aid stopped working suddenly. I've been asking for a replacement for two weeks now. Customer service hasn't responded to my recent emails. I'm extremely disappointed with their support. Be wary.

These hearing aids are incredibly…

These hearing aids are incredibly user-friendly. The setup process was straightforward, and the sound is impressive—I can even hear pages turning, which might be a bit much for some, but I love the clarity. The volume control is effective and easy to use. They are very comfortable to wear, making them a great alternative to expensive hearing aids. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I received my set a week ago

I received my set a week ago. I have tried other brands that just squeal and squeak. Even the $5,000 ones were no better than the cheap ones. I followed the instructions, put them on, and fell in love with them instantly. They are comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The Bluetooth adjustments make them so easy to fine-tune. NO WHISTLING OR SQUELING. I repeat, I have never been as pleased as I am with Lumi. Simply unbelievable at this price. Thanks, LumiEar!

I have mild hearing loss in both ears

I have mild hearing loss in both ears. My first pair of hearing aids was very costly, required constant maintenance, and frequently had to be sent back to the service center. I decided to give more affordable hearing aids a try. These hearing aids are fantastic. They are incredibly comfortable, and the rechargeable battery lasts all day. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

LumiEar hearing aids work out so well for me. I have tried multiple different brands for hearing aids but I always felt a lot of discomfort. After all of these fails I just had to keep on searching. My friend tried recommending their hearing aids for me so I went ahead and try it out. Their hearing aids have a simple but effective design. Once I had them in, my hearing was just outstanding! It was going on. The volume control is very helpful in case I find it being too much. Their hearing aids are very lightweight. I often feel like nothing is in my ear and my hearing had always been that great. Their hearing aids have been to helpful. They are so comfortable to wear, have a good design, and allow me to be able to get a clear sound of noise.

Grandma's picky about stuff being visible.

I was struggling with hearing loss
