Excellent quality, but difficult to adjust positions
The quality was great, soft with good padding, but it was difficult to adjust the back to different positions. Their website claims that it easily shifts from a 90° upright seat to a fully reclined 180°, but this was not our experience. At first we thought it was defective because we could not get it to adjust at all, it would only lay flat but after fighting with it back and forth, we were finally able to get it to stay in a good position we liked and that's where we left it, so I'm not sure if ours was maybe defective or we just didn't know how to properly adjust it to different positions. There were no instructions included.

The mechanism is indeed designed to easily shift between a 90° upright position and a fully reclined 180° position. From your description, it seems like there might have been some difficulty with the adjustment process, and we truly regret that no instructions were included in your package.
