I am so pleased with the customer support I received! LookOptic initiated a store credit and sent me a gift card because I mistakenly purchased the wrong magnification. I did this while on vacation in a store I wouldn’t be able to exchange the item. I’m so glad it worked out because I really love the UMA readers!

I have been eyeing (!) a pair of these glasses for several months, and today I decided to go ahead and push the order button. As soon as I did that, I remembered that I had a discount code that I had forgotten to use. I emailed support and asked if I could still use the promo, and within 10 minutes, I had an email from Andy confirming that he had received my email and processed a credit. Very impressed with LOOK OPTIC so far. Hope I love the glasses!

The quality of the progressive glasses are very good. Returns were very easy. I currently have a progressive Keaton and a progressive sunglasses. I would love if the Keaton came in your shiny pink,red or teal colors.

Love my glasses! The website is beautifully presented and easy to navigate with a great tool for “trying on” the glasses virtually. They offer a wide variety of contemporary and classic frames in lots of colors so there’s something for everyone. Delivery was fast and when I received the frames I was delighted with the high quality, fit and clarity of the lenses. I have two pairs from Look Optic, the Cosmo Readers and the very trendy Muse Progressives. Whenever I wear them I receive lots of compliments!

I find these reading glasses well-made, sturdy, and comfortable, they help with eye strain during screen time. I appreciate the good fit and value for money, They're better than cheap plastic frames. I find the clarity crystal clear, well worth the money.
