They are slow to fix maintenance issues…

They are slow to fix maintenance issues but fast in requesting for bills. and when they do, they find ways to take money from you. Leakages everywhere, blocked bathtubs and pipes and instead of them to get professionals to do it, they go in for cheap people. Because they know what they're doing, they turned off their reviews on google.

Hidden charges & terrible tenant support

Our house has had a number of issues such as a blocked bathroom for 4 months which still has not been solved. Also, whenever we have asked for something to be fixed in the house such as leaking pipes we suddenly extortionate prices for call-outs are small quick-fix jobs.
