It's a great way to liquidate your estate

This is a great way to do an estate sale. It's quick and you can get rid of 95% of your stuff! People pay you to haul it out and you don't have to pay someone to haul it out. It's fun to see your stuff go to people who will really enjoy it!

Misuse of Employee Info

This auction house got ahold of my phone number and info and has left multiple messages and texts. I replied STOP as prompted and that did stop the texts. However I still get calls and voice mails from this company. They need to stop. I worked for another company the owner had many years ago, and was laid off with a large amount of other employees. I never had his number nor did I give him nasty messages or try to call, I thanked them for the opportunity and went on my way. I assume he took my number from employee records. This is a huge Misuse of our information. I know several other former employees that he is doing this as well, it has been 4-5 years since we have worked for him.

This auction house is a scam

This auction house is a scam. So I won a pizza oven, and they give you two days to pick up your items. On the 2nd day, in the morning, I called them to find out what I would need to pick up this pizza oven. It was a commercial pizza oven and very large so I was hoping that it was on skid and could be picked up with a forklift and placed on my trailer. No where in the auction did it say that the pizza oven needed to be uninstalled from the restaurant that it was in, disassembled, and then brought out of the building piece by piece, so when they told me this, I was a little hesitant on what we were gonna do, but I told them ok, and I had planned on going to get it. Although I realized that it was much larger then I expected and couldn’t really use it. I paid $450 and I wasn’t going to no show and lose the money I paid for it. However a few minutes later the auction house called me and said that the person that I outbid was at the the restaurant, and he was willing to pay his last bid amount for the pizza oven if I wanted to get out of the deal. I specifically asked them if I was gonna be charged anything for not picking up the pizza oven and they told me maybe $10-$20 whatever his last bid was and I would have to make up the difference. So I agreed then I get my credit card statement and they charge me $109 to relist the pizza oven. Which they never relisted it, they didn’t have to. They just sold it to somebody else who was standing right there and we’re out no money at all. Not only did they charge $109 but they also canceled my account and restricted me from even going back on the website. They contacted me and asked me to do this! go to Nellis auction if you wanna be treated right, they are a great auction house! this place sucks!! Crooks
