Purchased the Icarsoft MB3.0 based on the advertised functional abilities listed on the website. Unfortunately, my vehicle is, in fact, not supported for the intended functions.
I have emailed and messaged numerous times and have been totally ignored. I contacted tech support at Icarsoft in USA who requested log files, which I sent and have heard nothing back either. I have now sent the unit back via tacked postage and await a refund.
As every product I purchase online, I used my credit card so will pass the case to them if a refund is not forthcoming by further stonewalling.
Purchased with your credit card folks! You have been warned!!

I did initially have trouble getting through to the number (listed by a Google search) but that seems to now be fixed. I also could not get anyone to respond on a chat session to talk about an issue with a scanner I had bought but I understand that the team was short staffed that day. Maybe just add a message to your chat platform next time? The positive story about LJM is that I had a really good interaction with Beth who managed to resolve my issue in a timely manner with the very good customer service she gave. Issues do crop up from time to time and it really is the putting right that counts. Thank you Beth!

I bought the iCarsoft EU Pro from LJM Car Diagnostics, and I’m really pleased with the product and service. The tool works great, saved me a trip to the garage, and it paid for itself already. I was sceptical about ordering from a company that I had never heard of before, but I decided to take a risk and it paid off! I bought an iCarsoft MB V2.0 diagnostic tool/scanner from these guys and I’m pleased to say it has arrived and works great! I had recently changed my near side front ABS Speed Sensor on my W204 Mercedes having used a friends diagnostic tool which told me this was the problem. The warning lights all returned a few days later, so I decided to order my own tool and it has told me that now my offside ABS Speed Sensor is no longer picking up data/readings (typical 🙄). Anyway, the cost of this tool being around the £120 mark (with a discount code) has already paid for itself, as Mercedes wanted close to £150 just to run a quick scan! I can now buy the replacement part for £65 and job will be done! It took I believe 5 days for the tool to arrive, but it is December and it was also just after Black Friday, so I was accommodating to the delay based upon Royal Mail being very pressured at this time of year. I would recommend this company, and the scanning tool if you have a Mercedes-Benz (it also covers Maybach, Sprinter and Smart car). Again, the price of this tool is cheaper (for my local branch anyway) than taking my car to Mercedes for a scan to be told what I was able to find out myself! Highly recommend. Thank you!
