FRANTIC!!!!

I was in a TERRIBLE financial bind. The customer service representative was not only friendly but very detailed in explaining the terms of the loan. I do have to admit that I almost passed out when I heard the interest rate! But when I recovered, I realized I could use it as an incentive for early payoff as soon as possible. Still trying to understand how points work, but I will get there. Love the website too and the ease of accessing my loan information. I plan to utilize this resource in the future. Thank you!
