This is a US company selling rubbish from China. I bought two travel car seats which are totally dangerous. I would not put my grandchildren in them. Utterly disgusting. Look up this seat on BBC

Along with the other 93% of reviewers, I agree that this company is appalling. The website and their "Customer Care" team are very misleading. I placed an order in good faith, having been advised that standard delivery time was 3-5 business days. The delivery took 2 weeks to reach me. The product I ordered arrived too late to be used, and the company refused a return, even though the product was unopened in its original packaging and could have been resold by them.

I echo the responses of everyone else on here. It look like a UK site and provides a Uk address as well as an American in the contact us, but its actually an American company shipping cheap, poorly made products from China. I bought a child car seat and I should have looked more closely as doesn't meet any safety standards and it is just rubbish and has been banned by other sites (amazon and ali express) for being a "killer car seat." They have already said they won't acept returns, they won't refund money despite their policies saying they will, although in their refund policy it says return to an US address! They don't comply with UK law at all. I have reported them to the company who makes their online shop, trading standards and paypal and you should too if you're in the same boat.

After much deliberation I stupidly ordered their little robot dog toy, the one that it supposed to be realistic. They show real puppies on the website and do not actually show the item I received at all. When I asked what the actual dog looked like (prior to receiving it) i was sent a photo of a toy and that didnt even match the item I actually received.
Beware, they are a scam, they promote many items as being reduced/sale price, but if you look at their return policy, any discounted items are excluded from returns. I asked to return on the grounds that the dog i received was not as described (they said it blinked and when i told them it did not, they updated the website!) but still refused to let me return it. Fortunately i paid via Paypal so opened a dispute and got my money back.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I'd bought from them. They're clearly a foreign cheap company selling awful quality and nothing like the photos. They won't give me a refund as they say what I received was what was described on the website- which is not true and I have photos to prove it.

If I could score 0 I would. This organisation is a scam. All the promises on the website re quality and customer satisfaction are rubbish. Ordered sensory swing and which arrived faulty. Was made to send photos ans videos to demonstrate. Endless polite emails back and forth basically trying to fob me off and make me give up. Refused to refund me but gave me a discount code instead. Repurchased and new item never arrived. Chased all over again and got same stream of “polite” emails basically refusing to do anything and blaming me. DO NOT USE THEM!

I wish I had of looked this company up before ordering. They set the website up to look very much UK based which they are definitely not. Even have legitimate pay sources linked to them like PayPal. I ordered what was advertised as comotomo baby bottles for my struggling baby and I received poor quality fakes which were sent to me from China. I tried to reach out and let them know. They asked for all the details and pictures of what I have received and it's still ongoing now I am being passed from pillar to post and evey time I receive a message back it's from a different person asking me to explain it all from the top again saying my case will be reviewed within 48-62 hours which isn't true at all. If you fall victim to these scammers I think the only way to go would be to report them to the fraud team at your bank for selling counterfeit items and not cooperating with a plan to sort it out. You'd think all these policies they are throwing in people's faces about refunds and returns would be null and void due to false advetisment

I have to agree with the other reviewers, this company doesn’t even deserve one star but I had to give it to be able to write a review. I ordered a wooden baby gym for my daughter back in march who was due to give birth in may, nothing ever arrrived anew after many
emails to Julietta, customer support ( what a joke) and assurances that it would be sorted I have now given up and threatened to contact my bank as they took my money and I have nothing to show for it, and no gym to give to my daughter who has had her baby, I feel I have been very mistreated indeed! Stay away from ‘ little Dreams’ they are a ‘ big nightmare’!

Avoid this seller.
I bought a watch for my son and the GPS doesn't work and now after two weeks, the watch doesn't work at all. They tried to offer me some” hush” money just to keep my mouth shut. I sent them 2 emails and did not answer anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not buy from this company, it is a SCAM. Watch did not work and was totally poor quality tat. Customer service shocking! Initially insisted on videos to prove it wouldn't work and then said because it was sale item, their policy is not to refund. Everything on the website is on sale so basically they are not giving refunds on any of this low grade rubbish. Offered 50% refund eventually, obviously robbing many customers of half the price of rubbish tech!!

This company is not what you would expect when viewing website. Avoid at all cost. Please share this with as many friends and family using every platform to prevent further scams.Their return policy is set up to deliberately stop customers returning in a fair way. Customer service team are poor and deliberately unhelpful.
I am going to write to my bank, financial ombudsman to get this company stopped. IN MY OPINION ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY

Bought kids GPS watch took about 2 weeks to arrive. There was no registration code to pair with the app rendering the watch useless. After a further 2 weeks of emails back and forward I was offered 30% of my money back and allowed to keep the watch that my daughter can't use apparently to save me the hassle of sending the product back. Eventually I accepted their offer as the only communication is via email which was taking them up to 3 days to reply each time and I got fed up. Shocking will certainly not be using again .

Bought an ‘interactive’ dog toy. Read the reviews on their website first, all very good. I now know those reviews aren’t real. I tried to leave a review on their website but surprise surprise it’s not showing.
The dog just yaps and walks for a few seconds then falls over. Please don’t waste your money. Also. The products come from China, which isn’t obvious when you’re making your purchase.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering children’s puzzle piece floor matting
I ordered in 5th May and still no sign only to discover dispatch was from China. The website looks great but sadly the reality of the service hasn’t matched.
