I’ve been trying to contact you regarding my order (Order No. 224489) placed in [March 24, 2021]. Despite your promise of a refund, I have not received it yet. I would appreciate a response within 7 days so we can resolve this matter amicably.

Horrible service

I still haven't received my order (one deck) from 2021. I have sent multiple emails due to a change of address and none of them have been replied to. I have even tried contacting them on social media and I have gotten nothing. I'm guessing since they don't have to proper address and don't reply to emails I will never see the board. I honestly wish I could sue them over it then maybe I would get a deck. Honestly I think they should refund all these customers and still give them their order. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced.

BEWARE either scam site or incompetent business

If this isn't a scam site it's the most poorly run business online I've ever come across. Communication near non-existent. They never meet their deadlines for delivery (or even come near to it) and as you can see on their site they've failed to update their site for over a year now. The only place I've seen them reply to communications is via instagram and they've stopped doing that too.

IF this is somehow not a scam site YOU will be waiting YEARS for your deck.

The worst customer service and…

The worst customer service and experiance.
This has to be a Joke. I would not recommend your time or money. Its a loss of confidence after countless excuses and failed request for order updates. No product, no refund, no reply. Nothing short of a scam. Seems like there is a selective process of non confirmed order fulfillment scheme to keep stretching this out. Completely unprofessional and nothing short of a possible law suit for fraud just on the lack of commitment to deliver and misleading at best.

Updated review

This is an update of the review I wrote in 2022. I’d ordered a board in November 2020 and heard nothing from them after that, I wrote that they were a scam.
This is to say my board arrived today, 2 1/2 years after ordering. That’s a long time but it’s actually really good. So they didn’t scam me in the end. But they did have production problems.

Mark and Greg Rosolowoski are unprofessional and soon will be going to jail scamming customers for money and not giving kids their skateboards while they live in big houses, drive luxury cars, and take trips all over the world and lie on Lithe website saying skateboards were delivered. Everyone knows this is a lie, never answers messages or emails. God is watching you Greg and Mark, you will have to answer to him for all the kids you scammed going back to 2020.... skateboards which 1000's of customers have purchased. Please put these people in JAIL!!!

Same boat as the rest of the reviews. No product but quick to take my money. Please file a claim with the Attorney General. I did. It's bad business practice and I am ashamed they are still in business.

Ok honestly I also paid 200 plusses for just a deck .. have had no reply from them...its Been over a year ...still have to put on that optimistic face that it's on it way... one day I might get it ... I do believe that I used pay pal so I might start a refund ..I gonna give it a little more time ... rolls eyes....

This company is super shady

This company is super shady, paid 200$ for a board that sounded awesome for my son. Have waited and waited, months later; have yet to hear anything from lithe even after several attempts to contact them. They are TRASH DONT BUY S**T from these guys.

Ordered April 2020. 2 years later nothing got but empty promises. Their website may update from time talking about how close they are to shipping all the boards out but it’s all a lie this company took $200 from me

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I ordered 2 decks in June 2021 and paid upfront. Now on this date, Feb 3. 2022, I still haven’t received anything. I have tried to cancel my order, by sending them emails for the past 6 months, but I get absolutely no replies.

Seems like I’ve lost my money and I’m not the only one.

Avoid at all costs!

I ordered my board back in May of 2021 (!!!).

I emailed them a month or so after their latest update, got a generic response after another month. Fast forward half a year and I haven't heard a peep.

I emailed them asking for my money back as my (imo, generous) patience had ran out. This was back in September and I still haven't heard anything!

All in all I paid $250 for air. AVOID! No way that I'm the only one they've scammed! They stand for everything skateboarding ISN'T!

December 2024 UPDATE:

It's been more than 3,5 years now and still no board, refund or response via email. I got a response on Instagram one time but when I called them out they deleted my comment and their reply...

I really wish that their US "customers" would band together and SUE THESE GUYS! They're still accepting orders on their website, we need to stop them!

"The Deck is in the Mail"

This company purports to manufacture and deliver semi-custom carbon fiber inlaid skateboard decks that are more durable than the standard.

If you go on the company's own official Facebook page you will see countless jilted customers some waiting for over a year with no product delivery as promised. Even worse than that, the company quotes a return policy on its website that many report it does not honor. That was the experience I have had as well...

Ordered a deck 3/8/21- haven't received anything.
Apparently what happened is they started contracting out their manufacturing to an unscrupulous Chinese company right before Phase 1 of "The Great Reset" started in March 2020.

Lithe quotes refund policy on its website which many people have said that the company does not honor or even respond to requests for refunds. This has been my experience as well. I had to file a claim with my bank to try and get a refund.

They posted an update on their website 5/15/21 claiming the decks should be ready for shipping to customers in July 2021. Nothing happened but silence until a new update was posted 8-15-21 claiming that they have video evidence the boards on order are actively being manufactured...but they did not post this purported video on the Lithe website with their claim. My experience with Greg and Mark Rosolowski is that they don't respond, they're asleep at the wheel and completely in over their heads and unable to deliver anything they've been continually trying to sell knowing that they can't actually deliver. Filing a complaint with the state's attorney general next! These criminals need to be put out of business!
