The ring is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and the team was helpful when customizing it and making any last-minute changes I had. At times, I had trouble with the status of my ring and the projected deadline, but all in all a good experience.

Anything can be a risk ordering online but LisaJewelry took such great care of me and my new gift to self! After ordering i realized I chose the wrong size, I sent an email to customer service right from the order confirmation email and within 24 hours they got back to me that my size had been corrected.
