Should use or have shipping options
Well, I'll start off by saying this; it's pretty hard to review something that's taken almost three weeks and I still haven't received. I understand that once an order actually leaves the store that it's at the mercy of the carrier, in this case USPS. On the other hand Flex was helpful notifying me about the order that I placed was out of stock, and tried to suggest an alternative or cancel the order. I think that there should have been better communication between Bonified Kayak and their dealers on when products will be available, instead of letting you place an order only to find out it would be approximately 6 WEEKS before it ships, I would take that up with Bonified however they have a dead email and there is no phone number.

In a word: Flex. I came in to buy an Epic V5. I'm NOT a newbie and have been using wing paddles and surfskis for over 20 years. Flex not only knows his stuff, he has an enthusiasm for this part of the sport That one rarely sees. Epic dropped the ball with their customer service. It's been getting worse every year. Flex did the right thing. No unrealistic promises or BS. Just straight talk about status and what Epic was telling him. I run a muti million dollar consulting business and when things go wrong - this is how I team my people to behave.

I ordered a boat trailer, it took over 2 months to get to my house plus it had no working tracking number. I really didn’t know if I was going to get it or not. The website said it was a 16 foot 5 inch trailer. But it is only a 15 foot trailer. The only reason I ordered this trailer was because it was supposed to be a 16 foot 5 inch trailer. Not happy at all with how long it took and it’s not even the trailer I thought I was getting.
