I went to pick up my winning bid without giving Lion and Unicorn prior notice as I always do with any auction house. My fault. But instead of having me wait till the item was located, they offered to mail the item free of charge. It arrived the next day by FedEx in the most professionally and eco-friendly package that cost more than what I paid for the item. I know they lost money in order to satisfy a customer. Their level of customer service is rare and heart-warming. Pretty awesome people.
