Dr. Moduthagam reviewed my medical record and our previous conversations. She discussed all of my medications and allergies, as well as addressing any concerns I had about the program. She was able to correct a previous error made by another doctor. The care and knowledge that she shared were perfect. She took the time to listen and to answer every question I had regarding my medications.

Auto renewal and subscription not shown anywhere on account
The reply time is excellent and service is good, but they don't show your subscription information anywhere. I had to message their admin to find out when my subscription would renew and how much it would be for. This was for much higher than I remembered. Further, I didn't get much out of this other than them trying to get approval from my insurance and that being denied. In the end I didn't get much more than blood work out of this. I'll probably go directly to a peptide compounder now.

During initial conversation I had to give my Credit card number and was told I would be charged when I had my initial eval. After thinking about taking a shot, I texted back the rep and indicated I would not be going forward. $79 was still taken from my credit along with $149 for the first month, even though I never met with anyone. I have demanded my money back, as I never authorized service and was told they only refund within 30 days. It took over one month to even get someone to reply to emails about my concerns, but I have not received any sort of return of authorized charges to my credit card.
