Bought a sofa bed

Bought a sofa bed, it's a joke, not even big enough for the dog . Not even a sofa or a bed. Cost £120 as well. Avoid at all costs .

Scam artists

Scam artists, please avoid this company.
Sounds like they have great return/refund policies but it is all lies. I wouldn't be surprised if they sent broken items to you on purpose, they got to keep the broken chair and my money, how does that work out as fair?
Please do not use this company!

We ordered a sofa which was shipped quickly and arrived within a week or so. However the sofa smelled strongly of damp and had a damaged cushion as well as some staining. We requested a return and refund but have had no response over the last 3 or 4 weeks from the company at all. We made a claim through Paypal but the seller's account is registered outside the UK so Paypal are not able to enforce a refund. The seller did respond to Paypal however, stating that they would provide a refund if we shipped the sofa to an address in China, and paid for the postage ourselves. This is clearly in breach of the law.

We will now pursue them through the courts but don't imagine we will be able to recover the money.

*Update: we sent the company a letter before action stating that we would start proceedings in court if we didn’t have a response. They promptly gave us a refund.

Avoid at all costs.

Ignorant After Sales

Disgraceful service after long awaited delivery, Dont be fooled by Dyn, he says everything but his prayers.

Quick to reply when he is making a sale but disappears for after sales service. These are your polices to return an item so don't blame your clients.

It takes a lifetime to build a good reputation and overnight to destroy it.

Returned a wall mounted fire after 2 days due to not suiting our room or expectations.

Please do not spend your hard earned money on this company , they have the product and kept my money too.

What business does not have a contact phone number?

Taking legal action.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! As per all the other reviews do not purchase from this company!! They have a UK warehouse but operate from overseas so getting in touch if anything is wrong is impossible. I have emailed twice now about a wrong item they have sent to me and still no response. About to try and get a refund directly through my credit card company instead of wasting my time with these thieves!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered a fire-pit from Lifelook

We ordered a fire-pit from Lifelook, which arrived very promptly. Very satisfied with the item, which is infinitely superior to one we ordered from A****n and had to return. It is substantial, sturdy and gives confidence that its going to last.
I've read the other reviews on Trustpilot, and it does seem to be a "marmite" company. That's ok, I like marmite!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My wife ordered a bench from them which arrived and was of terrible quality. They have stopped responding to emails requesting a return, claiming the item must have been ordered through a different company. They clearly operate from abroad and do now wish to incur costs associated with returns. We are now pursuing compensation via PayPal.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY. The company is rubbish. I bought footstool on 7th of Feb. It should be delivered 2 days ago. I Sent a few emails and facebook messages. Nobody even bothered to answer me. the telephone number on facebook page is out of service. I claimed a refund via paypal. Hopefully, this guy who runs this fraud will end up in prison soon!

Court Action Pending

I ordered two desk chairs on 29 Jan 2021and when I did not receive them I was told 'out of stock'. (why they took payment for products they don't have is ridiculous) so would I like a refund. I opted for the £285 refund and told I would take 5 days. Today the 16 Feb I still have no refund and judging by the excessive number of complaints I decided not to wait. I issued a claim through Paypal and started a small claims court action. This will result in a CCJ that will cost me more money but it will make it harder for them to trade with credit. Also doing the same for Popal Technology Ltd.

Stay away.

I cant stand rubbish businesses who treat customers buy their products with so much distain.

linen footstool

I was sent the wrong footstool, I did write to let customer service know and they promptly dealt with my enquires. I didn’t want the discounts I was offered, I just wanted wanted the correct item sent out to me. Once they understood this, I was promptly sent out a replacement. Happy days!

A really positive dealing with Lifelook…

A really positive dealing with Lifelook recently and I particularly found their customer service quick and helpful. Dyn was always speedy to answer emails and helped to resolve any issues smoothly. I would definitely come back to Lifelook again in future!

Avoid at all costs! I wish I listened to the reviews.

Brough a chair which was confirmed to be shipped in 4-8 days. Come 3 weeks still no chair, I email and was met with the response it is on it's way please confirm you still want the item. I confirmed. A week later I email again to say I still have not received the item, the same generic email word for word, with many spelling mistakes. I emailed for a refund as the main reason I brought this chair was the fast delivery. I was told 'if you need it urgently , may we know if you would want to consider the below beige item?' The chair I ordered was grey and a completely different style. I asked for a refund again as would told I would be offered £8 as a good will. Asked for a refund yet again I got sent the same email word for word again. Pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are from fake accounts. Go for a more reputable company!! AVOID.

FRUSTRATING, AVOID, operate outside UK

Recevied a damaged swivel chair, which they wanted me to try to rectify. THEN when I said I wanted a replacementh they offered £5, then £10, then £30 discount. I said I did not want a faulty item.
They have then asked me to package and return it. The item is still here. It was not dismantable ... FRUSTRATING is not the word. Clearly they work from outside UK, as all correspondence arrives in early hours of morning, and then no response or contact during our living day . I would also give a zero if I could. Avoid. IT IS NOT THE CUSTMOERS FAULT when you send a deffective item !!!!!

Good customer service

Although the wrong colour ottoman was sent originally, Dyn responded to my emails promptly and helpfully and arranged for collection and delivery of replacement - all now ok
