Whilst this took many email conversations due to me trying to get this to work on my new windows 11 laptop he did not give up. Fantastic support, well done. All successfully installed and working.

I ordered a license for MS Office 2024 Pro Plus from licensechoice via Groupon.

Reason: I had to upgrade to a newer version of MS Office as the older ones will soon no longer be supported and are subject to security risks.

How did the order and installation of the new software go?

Well, it's a bit complicated because the order was placed via Groupon and licensechoice couldn't find the security code provided at first. After sending a screenshot, however, everything went perfectly: I received an email with the download link for the program and the product key. The installation and activation of the software went smoothly.

However, you should be aware that this is an LTSC version of the Office product. It does receive security updates, but no technical innovations. However, it can be used without a subscription.

For non-English-speaking users, it may also be important to know that the software is initially installed in English. However, the language can be changed quickly via the settings.

Overall, however, I am very satisfied with the entire ordering process. In particular, licensechoice was very fast, competent and friendly.

Recently bought the MS Office pro plus from Groupon and had a little trouble setting it up. Was referred to John at LicenceChoice and the support was Fantastic! I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 through Groupon. The purchase was simple. Because I'm not the most tech savy person 😂 I did have a couple of issues installing it.
