They don't listen to customers

This service is tedious. They have a lot of corporate layers that lead to long emails and inefficiency for customers. They are not flexible with their policies and cause customers to experience delays and frustration. If you like a lot of corporate speak but not a lot of action this is the company for you - otherwise look elsewhere there are a lot of services out there that do the same thing.
