Generally prices are affordable.. Pricing strategy with respect to different appartment is just awesome. It's now my first choice booking site

Lovely Host Lovely Stay

One more vacation done successfully right but this time with lettingsaway what a good platform to find beautiful rentals in the market. My trip to ITALY went good my family loved the CASA BELONI situated in LIVORNO.
Couple host were good treated us with welcome drink and food 😋 which was of course yummie. Where were you before?
Next trip booking again with lettingsaway. Hope everything goes good just like this one. PEACE OUT ✌️

We went for our destination wedding in…

We went for our destination wedding in Ireland everything was arranged before but at the last moment we came to know that the room we had booked in the hotel went full as the number of guest increased. After searching a lot over the internet we came to know about this platform and decided to book a apartment for us which we got in better peice than other platforms. Apartment was clean good and host was also welcoming. Thank you for such wonderful booking. We will surely book again with you in future

Good support but poor host hospitality

Booked an in Balchik Bulgaria things were untill the billing time came. They were charging extra from the mentioned fee as we haven't used anything extra apart from the servies. Staff became rude to us. Then we came in touch with lettingsaway support they helped us and I would like to inform company that please remove such hosts from their platform as it can harm your image in the market

After being approacWarning to Property Owners: LETTINGSAWAY - Promises vs. Realityhed by LETTINGSAWAY…

After being approached by a person from your platform to list my property on their platform, I became suspicious about their business practices and decided to investigate before committing.
My findings after thorough research:

LETTINGSAWAY offers 1-3 year memberships with promises of multiple weekly reservations for property owners.
I personally contacted 4 current property owners listed on their platform who confirmed:

-None had received a single booking through LETTINGSAWAY
-Some had been listed for almost a year with zero results
-Multiple owners reported difficulties reaching customer service after payment

The platform appears to collect membership fees from property owners while delivering none of the promised bookings or value.
When confronted with these findings:
When the representative called me again today, as agreed, I shared my research findings. Her response was dismissive. She simply stated that "you always have customers that are not satisfied" and mentioned vague "technical reasons" for the issues. Also she mentioned that the negative reviews are not VERIFIED and not trustful. There was no substantial explanation or willingness to address the concerns I raised.
Red flag - Desperate sales tactics:
After I expressed my concerns based on actual feedback from current customers, instead of addressing the issues, she immediately offered me a 50% discount on a 1-year membership. This desperation to secure payment despite proven concerns only reinforced my suspicions about their business model.
I'm sharing this review to warn other property owners who might be approached by this company. Before signing any contract or paying membership fees, I strongly recommend:

-Contacting multiple current members on their platform
-Requesting verifiable booking statistics
-Getting all promises in writing with performance guarantees

Based on my research and the firsthand accounts from current members, this appears to be a scheme that benefits only LETTINGSAWAY while providing no actual value to property owners.

Nice hospitality

Good Homestay

An absolute scam company

An absolute scam company. I can only confirm this as well. They promise bookings, then keep stalling by saying the matter is being handled by "upper management," and disappear. This is a blatant scam and must be made public everywhere! Please warn tourism boards and every property owner you know!

Rental agreement for my house

I was called by company several times, and I concluded a contract with them, in order to rent my house in Croatia. They confirmed several booking for my house for several group of tourists. Unfortunately, after I paid the contractual price, they never called me again. And confirmed bookings have been not realised. Help service do not answer, people be carefully!!!!

I was about to provide a 5 star review but I would love to give lettingsaway 4 star and I wanted to share a few suggestion for improving property listings. It would be really helpful to have a standard display for each property, including required photos of every room. Including bed dimensions and an instant quote for the stay would save time for both clients and property managers.
