No Response, poor cust service, no refund yet
I try my level best to avoid negatively reviewing small business because I'm for them, my mission is to avoid large businesses. Well, I ordered from what I thought was a well reviewed site on the 31st of May. I got a response saying my order way placed. Later on another msg from a representative saying the glasses I ordered were no longer in their inventory and I can contact their customer service line to order different frames or get a refund. I called 4 times left multiples messages and emailed 2 times. I did also contact Paypal to get my refund of $181.48. I'm yet to hear from them. I even responded back to the individual that sent the email letting me know my order wasn't filled and nothing back. Poor customer service I will never recommend dealing with this company.
FYI their a majority of their recent reviews are Anonymous.
