Beware lenses don’t fit!

I ordered replacement lenses for my Ray-Ban sunglasses but the lenses from lens direct were too big for my New Wayfarer sunglasses. When I called lens direct customer service they confirmed that I ordered the correct lens and size and offered two solutions: 1. I could return the pair for a refund or 2. I should mail them lenses and my sunglasses frames and they could cut lenses to fit frames. I’ve ordered replacement lenses before from other companies like Revant optics and lenses fit perfect out of the box so I just asked to ship them back for a refund. The customer service rep then emailed me an address to ship the lenses to but not a prepaid shipping label. When I replied threatening to dispute the charge with my credit card company for not getting items I ordered the customer service rep replied with a shipping label as a “one time courtesy”. I then ordered lenses from competitor Revant Optics, the arrived quickly and fit without any hassle. I highly recommend using Revant instead of Lens direct if you need replacement sunglasses lenses!

Good prices and convenient service

Good prices and convenient service. Ordering was easy and the website is user-friendly. My lenses arrived on time and in good condition. The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but overall, a reliable option for contacts.

Would recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free lens purchase online.

Great customer service!

The best part that anyway you contact lensDirect you can call email or text them they always return your response. Quick and Friendly Customer Service

Called the phone number and received a very quick reply despite it being near EOD. My problem was that my order/subscription was not appearing in my account and I guess it was because I had a guest account and a customer account. The representative Nyah resolved it very quickly by merging the accounts and she was also very friendly and respectful. Despite the initial issue I am overall very happy with LensDirect and hopefully it will become my new long-term contacts service!
