I have gotten m third pair of glasses from lensalter and I love them all. They are unique and beautiful that I don’t hate wearing my glasses everyday. I always get asked if are really functional and get compliments. Shipping and customer service is also amazing. If you’re looking for affordable and beautiful glasses go with lensalter.

The lens on my frameless glasses snapped in half almost immediately upon receiving it when I was trying to adjust the noseband to fit my face better. The quality was so bad it felt as if I had just broken a disposable plastic cup. I took a photo and emailed it to their customer service and I got a full refund the next day. Glad for good customer service, boo for a cheap, brittle product.

I am very blind and have had difficulties with glasses being made correctly to my prescription, but when I ordered glasses from this company, they were perfect! I'm in love with the star shaped lenses, and have gotten many compliments on them when I wear them!

I really love my new fairy glasses from lens alter! It gives a high fashion vibe to the point i could fool people into thinking that i am an upperclas (in a good way!). Absolutely love my glasses! I got the Hello Kitty single frame in silver. They reached out on both email and text to let me know that my pupil distance was incorrect and provided me the link to determine the correct pupil distance. Very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the glasses/frames. :)

The glasses are extremely well made and they have subtle weight to them which makes them feel even higher quality when worn! The designs and styles are all very cute and the amount of shapes they have available ensure that there will be a shape that suits your face shape best! Love you lens alter!!

I was thankfully that the company reached out to me before making my glasses. They notified me that the lens would be very thick even when cut. I accepted that and they processed with my order.

I was only disappointed that the frames & lens aren’t as big as a whole. I measured the distance between my eyes but as a whole the frames & lens are smaller on my big face 😅
