I came into this skeptial, but a year later I'm still sipping on the Lemonade 🍋
I came to Lemonade actually thinking it was a scam. I was skeptical and I came into this insurance fully prepared to be dealing with multiple problems and while Lemonade as a whole doesn't do me much good as we do not have the car insurance in my state yet, just focusing on the pet insurance well .... I LOVE it! I was searching for a insurance for weeks when I stumbled onto this little gem and was mind blown with how great it was when I started actually putting it to use. I had gotten my puppy the puppy pack, add ons, I mean the whole 9 yards and I'm only paying $109 a month! I have had to make a claim 3x. The process was super easy literally took 5mins tops. It's a real organized process and fast process. I like that not only do you upload pictures, but you also do a video or voice recording which gives you the chance to personally tell what happened. The 1st claim was a big emergency room visit (Albuterol poison from an inhaler) and I had a decent amount given back within 10 days tops and that's with the deductible paid off (which is only $500 super cheap!). The 2cd/3rd claims were from the same visit, but since I got the puppy pack and they cover certain things like shots, annual check ups, etc. I got the shot back as soon as I submitted it, which blew my mind yet again and I'm still waiting on the 3rd, but it is already being reviewed and It hasn't even been 10days. I don't wanna sound like a infomercial, but I legit have had no problems with this insurance whatsoever. Everything has been super easy, the coverage is amazing, the price is affordable especially for everything you get with it, the wait times for all the perks of the insurance to kick in are pretty much non existent and i would and have recommended this insurance to multiple people already. My dog is my child, I love her more than anything and I couldn't have gotten a better, more inclusive, stress free insurance.

I had a hard time completing my claim on line and when I requested help with doing it with a representative , I was sent an email with a phone number , the link to upload my invoice and directions on next steps. All was resolved and my claim was paid in less than 2 days! Great service
