terrible customer service
terrible customer service, booked a room 3 months ago for an event and the event was cancelled due to the virus outbreak so I ask to move my dates to the new arranged dates, they declined so I lost over £700 euros but they did offer a 10% refund and 15% discount on an inflated room price for a new dates
absolute scam I will never use there hotels again
