Xp3 initial thoughts

Lectric is a company that has fantastic customer service. My xp3 is a well built ebike. It is comfortable to ride but it is underpowered. If this ebike had the power to climb hill at a decent pace i would give it a five star review.

Loved the story in

We got our bikes around June 09 and 16th. Easy to take out of box, charge and go for a ride. People ask all the time; why did you select these e bikes. Well, I loved the story about their parents said other e bikes were too expensive. So they decided to create their own line. Sold! And also, they live in Texas and the USA.🇺🇸 Go team Leletric

Senior Citizen gets His Very own trike...

I have had my XP Trike for less than a month but as of now, I am thrilled with my trike. I am 81 years young and as a child I did not get a trike, like most of the other kids because there was not enough money for that. But I now have my trike and I can play with the others on the road and bike trail and keep up with them.

I urge all seniors to splurge and get themselves a Lectric Trike. You will love it, and it is also great exercise for the legs and cardiovascular system. Good luck as you purchase your trike or bike from Lectric.

Received XPeak Step Thru

Received XPeak Step Thru , had problem with directions for torque wrench, called in que for 1/2 hr then requested call back . Didn't happen.
Also the cockpit screen was cracked, need replacement
Is something wrong with phone system in AZ? Called many times and put just in Que.

Solid Bike! Excellent Customer Service!

I recently got my pine green Lectric XP4 750, and I’m impressed. The bike is solid, powerful, and arrived a full week earlier than expected—which was a great surprise.

What really stood out was Lectric’s customer service. After I had a wreck, that was my fault, they were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting me back on track. It’s clear they stand behind their product and care about their customers.

I want to say thank you to the team at Lectric for the absolutely mind-blowing support. I never expected such kindness, generosity, and understanding. I’m truly amazed and incredibly grateful. I wish I could shake your hands in person.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the suspension—or the lack of it. A bit of added comfort on rough terrain would make a big difference. But other than that, I have no complaints so far. It’s been a great purchase.

I purchased a trike

I purchased a trike. I love it. I also purchased a canopy which is poorly designed, expensive and will likely never be used. It’s to high and cannot be adjusted. The front mounting design means you can’t have a front basket which I believe is nonsense. I opted for the front basket and will keep the canopy in the box until such time as I feel like taking it out and re-engineering the thing so I can actually use it. Additionally, if you want the front basket, the customer, me, must modify the wiring harness in order to move the front light to the front of the basket. This must be accomplished with no instructions from you. You could have created a stock wiring harness long enough to begin with but you cheeped out over a few inches of wire. I simply mounted the front light at the back of the basket using one of the basket mounting screws as a work around. I’m perplexed over the design of the throttle mechanism. It would be difficult to make it more un-user friendly. A small piece of plastic that you turn with your fingers. What’s wrong with using the entire grip, like every motorcycle built in the world. The plastic fenders cheep out the rest of the bike. They used to be metal. Finally, you caution the customer against torquing the seat and handle bar locking mechanisms too tight to reduce the possibility of damaging the plastic. Why not go for quality and use a metal part?? I’m mystified. With all that said, I’m an 80 year old guy who loves riding my trike. Just wish it was a little bit better engineered to reduce end user hassles. Thanks.

Got my bike over a year ago

Got my bike over a year ago. Have done a lot of riding on it. Now I have 1025 miles on it have had to at this point only replace back brake pads at 600 miles. The small wire to the fender at times makes a rattling noise. It's very comfortable get a lot of compliments about it. I really enjoy it. a few times when i was on a bumpy surface it lost power. Had to turn the key off and back on for power to come ack on . Other than that It's a great bike.

Taillights or Reflectors

Taillights or Reflector,every video I watched trying to decide which
E-trike I would purchase and one of the things that stood out when I got my trike it has black fenders(which isn't bad)and Reflectors when all the videos have working taillights on silver fenders,I was expecting rear break lights not reflectors, that's my question

my expectations are great. I'm reluctant to ride without reading the full instruction book as some of the features differ from those on my wife/s trike.

Loving our XP 3.0 Lectric Bikes!

Ordering our bikes was super easy, and shipping was fast. I like that the bikes were already fully assembled, all I had to do was pull them from the box and remove packing materials. The bikes were well packed, no damage whatsoever.
My wife and I love the way they fold up compactly, and fit into containers for safe transport in our RV.
The bikes are great for riding around state parks that we visit. We also love riding them around our small town, joy riding and running errands. Much more fun than taking the car, and better for our environment.

As an avid cyclist for decades

As an avid cyclist for decades, mostly as a road cyclist (some racing), for the past eight years I’ve lived in a very hilly region where flat stretches are in the minority. During that time I tried a number of bikes including an after-market electric hub and a bona fide ebike. A return to a mountain bike last fall in an attempt to take on the hills, I succumbed to the reality that my 74 year old legs are no match.
This spring I started researching ebikes again and after many possibilities, I chose the LECTRIC XPRESS 750. It did not disappoint. In fact, the joy of cycling returned. The hub motor and torque sensor deliver as advertised making the ride as natural as intended.
Adding to that, the incredible freebies thrown in have made this bike probably the best purchase of my life. My ride into town, always an uphill climb, now only elicits a smile.

Shipping Frustrations Pt.1 & 2

My bike took nearly a month to be delivered andI had to make numerous phone calls to track it down. Although the last customer servicer rep I spoke to was excellent, following up with me after calling, it should never needed go that far.After the eventual arrival of my bike, I ordered two more accessories. Half the order was delivered. After calling about the missing half, I was informed that it wouldn't be shipped until next month, even though the original tracking showed both items shipped. Also, the other items wasn't going to ship until almost two months after I ordered it. I was sent no information regarding the change in my order. A one time cluster f of a shipping error, I can understand. Twice. Nah. At the time of writing this, I have yet to receive my second item. I hope I do not have to revisit a further delay in receiving the other accessory.

Life and times with Lectric!!

My first venture with Lectric was the XP 1.0 bike...I spent 4+ years on that bike and it supported me going to and from work. Lectric bike had my back with support and parts when needed during the life of that bike 100% of the time even with the loss of the controller last month. Their support led me to go for the XP 4.0 750 when it came out a few weeks ago. I love it and I am looking forward for my next journey with Lectric on this updated model..it is facinating!! Good job Lectric!!!!

I am loving my ebike

I am loving my ebike. I was told by a local bike shop owner you can't get a good ebike without paying thousands but I did not want to spend that much. So glad he was wrong! This bike is great and goes the distance. I live up a long very steep driveway. I can go up with little effort. Haven't enjoyed riding a bike so much since I was a kid.

Purchasing an ebike for the first time…

Purchasing an ebike for the first time was an educational journey. I learned a lot while doing extensive online research. I chose Lectric in Phoenix, Arizona as the company to purchase our first ebike. Lectric is very community minded and gives back to several charities. We purchased the XPress 750 ebike in October 2024. It is an excellent commuter ebike with power to climb the steepest hills. The ebike was just a bit too large for my wife so when the new XP4 was recently introduced, we pre-ordered it immediately. It has several updates from the popular XP 3.0. It fits my wife well and she loves it. These ebikes are both of very high quality with features usually only found on much more expensive ebikes. Their customer service has been excellent as well. The have replied quickly to all of my email inquiries. Recently, I sent them an email regarding a glitchy suspension seat post on my XPress. I received a replacement four days later, no questions asked. Lectric should be your first consideration for an ebike purchase.

I have called numerous times. Waiting 30 minutes yesterday. I have yet to get a live person. Nothing but elevator music. I have also sent two emails with no response.
