Incredibly bad quality and customer service. The zipper broke on my Ipad leather case from Leatherology within 12 months of purchase. I submitted a warranty claim. They have not been responsive to the three phone calls that I have made. They tell me that a “supervisor” needs to address it, and she is not available. Really? So sad to see a company slide backwards on customer service. Will never buy anything from them again.
