I filled out the forms on July 4 and on July 5 I got a text from them and a phone call-a holiday weekend no less! Josh was the person I dealt with and he was great. He did not intimidate me like at the dealerships. He explained everything calmly and patiently. You could hear in his voice that he loves doing his job and he loves helping people. It took us less than an hour, and the vehicle was mine. I didn’t even leave my house.
If you’re on the fence about buying your lease out, don’t hesitate to call Lease End, they are a wonderful company to work with.

Seamless experience with fantastic customer service!
We just went through the buying process with Lease end and our agent Andrew. This was the most pleasurable experience we’ve ever had buying a car! My lease was coming to an end in October. With that, I reached out to my bank, two local credit unions, and the bank where I have been paying my lease for the last three years.
From my first contact with Jayden (sp?) to finishing the entire deal with Mr. Nathan, Lease End was absolutely perfect. Honest.
I have worked for 25 years at community colleges and customer service is critical to what we do--and your team did not disappoint. I can't say enough about Nathan's help, kindness, patience, and professionalism (I had a lot of questions and he was outstanding). He is a winner (they all were).

The right decision
To start off I was up in the air about keeping my lease so while doing research I came across lease end. I was hesitant as we all know near the end of the lease we get bombarded with offers. So that being said I called lease end to my surprise how friendly and considerate they were not pushy. I worked with Eddie couldn’t ask for a better representative great personality knowledgeable helped understand all the options. One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They ran a bunch of hard credit inquiries when this wasn’t clearly communicated. When I said this the person told me I didn’t read the things I clicked on. Then several times told me I was wrong and interrupted me asking me to let him talk. Do you actually expect me to buy something from you with this type of treatment? Wow…

If you're nervous about what that means for your credit, rest assured that the pulls will be consolidated into one and shouldn't affect your credit score after that happens.
