I asked to fill out a survey because the customer service I received from Layla Grayce was EXCEPTIONAL. I ordered pendants for my kitchen and had an issue. They replaced the lights immediately and then we had another issue with them. LG contacted the manufacturer and was able to get me a full refund. In addition to that, they are helping me find new lights. Everyone I have worked with at LG has been outstanding and because of this, I will definitely continue or order from them and recommend to clients.

The delivery guys said the boxes were too tall for the elevator. So they could not deliver. Layla Grace acts like you can return merchandise but here is their email total for returns cost to me in restocking fees and shipping of $4,928.11
