I’ve been a loyal LavaArt customer…
I’ve been a loyal LavaArt customer since before the pandemic—around 2018 or 2019—and I was in love with the product from the very first try! Over the years, I watched prices shift with the changing economy (as expected), and I eventually decided to pause my subscription.
About two months ago, I noticed the refills were back at a more reasonable price, so I resubscribed—and I am so glad I did! The quality has remained just as amazing, and my experience since returning has been nothing short of excellent.
Every email and question I had was answered quickly and thoughtfully,(specifically by Beatrice) which made me feel valued as a customer. The makeup still goes on beautifully and stays on all day. I can’t say enough how happy I am to be back—thank you, LavaArt!
