I am a senior and I have paid a lot more for exercise mats. This mat is the best I have ever used. The size, the protection of my joints and I feel really safe from my mat not moving, not to mention, it comes with a free month of live interactive classes with real instructors. The lines on the mat help me with proper form and keeps me safe. Live instructors queuing others with proper form and technique @fitvds.com. Even the creator of latmat jump signs in and I get to meet her and work out with her live. She teaches classes with us in the privacy of my own home. It is well worth the price for the quality you will be getting…Buy with confidence.

We LOVE this mat! The best part about it is it's versatility! We enjoy doing a variety of workouts, and the markings on the mat make it perfect for agility training, yoga, and just about any strength workout. We also love the cushioning on this mat, the inside is made of an awesome, supportive material! Our previous mat slipped a ton on our carpeting, and this one stays put, which is exactly what we needed in our workout space. Highly recommend!

I love, love, love the mat. I am taking it with me everywhere I go. I am 5.9 and have plenty of space while laying down doing crunches, stretching etc. I do not have to worry not fitting on it full length. Perfect for tall people! Waiting for my kid to get finished with sports practice? No problem, I just lay out the mat somewhere near and kill time with the outdoor workout. Out of town at the beach? Where is my Latmat for the workout? At home in my garage? My Latmat is here with me laid out for my workout. I never have an excuse to miss my workout anymore because this mat is your workout floor now. It is huge, super comfortable for my joints and easily washable. Best mat ever!!!

So far I absolutely love the mat. It definitely makes working out in my basement so much easier. I love that I can workout without shoes. I am able to jump around and really focus on my form because I feel so stable on the mat. I am just so happy to have found a mat that works for me and not to mention it does not move. That is the BIGGEST bonus. I have fallen so many times on other mats and LatMat did not fail me like the others.

The latmat is an excellent mat. First of all, it is easy on the joint; u can jump and do prisoner like exercises and you will not hurt your joint.
Another reason I love the latmat are the lines. These lines help with the alignment which ultimately leads to a better form.

I love the size and cushion of the mat. I primarily am and will be using it for yoga and like that I don’t need extra cushioning under my knees, but that the mat isn’t so thick as to interrupt standing balance poses. It is difficult to find a mat with just the right amount of give and this is it! I wish I had had the LatMat Jump when I was doing high impact training and had my personal training business running, it would have been amazing to use in all of those scenarios as well!

5 stars for 5 reasons! (1) the size: longer and wider than any other mat I've used, (2) the lines: easy to set and repeat challenging positions for increased flexibility and strength, (3) the available training: the inventor features the mat in all her video workouts and she is a GREAT trainer, (4) the cushioning: soft to absorb the pounding of a workout, but not fragile, (5) the service: arrived quickly in professional packaging with care instructions. Would definitely buy again.

I absolutely love this mat! I’ve been in the yoga and fitness business as an Instructor for nearly 20 years, and this is the best May I’ve ever bought. It’s size allows me to do any kind of workout on it - from plyometrics, to cross training, weight training or yoga. It’s cushioning is so absorbent that I’m confident my joints are protected while exercising, and I never slip. Can’t recommend this enough to my friends and clients!

For the first time I can do body weight drills without my joints and back hurting due to the thickness of the LatMat. My form is improved since I can align my body to the lines and numbers on the LatMat during weight lifting, cardio and body weight sets. I can push myself when doing cardio drills with the numbering system. The LatMat is large and promotes safety because you can do all kinds of exercise drills while staying on the mat vs being on and off different surfaces with smaller mats. It's durable, easy to clean, roll up and store. The LatMat is a GAME CHANGER and worth the money spent!

The Lat Mat has been great to use and have protected my knees from hurting. You can jump, slide and practically conduct every exercise while having joint support. I'm really satisfied and happy that I can workout knowing that I have the proper protection and alignment that I need to prevent further injuries. I love my Lat Mat. The LatMat is the best mat I have ever owned. It is bigger than the standard mat, and it doesn’t wrinkle up while using. The lines help you place your legs and hands in a consistent position, so you can keep correct form in a variety of exercises. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this is the mat for you!!

Great Mat. It’s the cushioning for me! It absorbency is so very good for your knees. The lines allow your instructor to position you as they see fit during your workout. And let’s not forget the size!! I can fit either way on this mat. LatMat is the last mat I’ll purchase.
