Thank You Richard! You have come a long way in that amount of time and the older people are, it is much harder to progress rapidly. I can tell you put in effort to try to strengthen yourself in order to improve your ability to ride correctly. I'm sure it is your most fun work out of the week! I can tell you are very determined to get things correct even when they do not come easy to you, instead you just try harder and that is exactly what a good rider does.
