I really love how user friendly the app is. I have lost weight for the first time in several years wi tbh the help of the app. I had some trouble logging in and Nicky Collins helped me get back on track and was super helpful when I couldn't figure it out myself.

I love this app! Not only is it very easy to follow, it's very easy to use! I've been using it for almost 6 months and I've seen a good bit of progress! I'm sleeping better and now learning how to maintain my goal weight with fasting and healthy eating!!

First day back in the gym today was so good with the new plans for me to enjoy my Lasta application so fat. Facts based but I’m still positive instead of feeing down to my own body weight loss plan has me in shambles now lol.. love the gymnastics type and stuff like this makes my heart rate go up so high and also it does not hurt when I run and I actually appreciate how my routine can change in the future and I feel better when I know that I stick with applicable things like this’ll be a big deal for my daily life throughout my career and works on my behalf! And I know I will be able to make a lot more than just a lot less stress on the next couple of weeks. Very thankful for the opportunity and support through appreciation and encouragement from the team and friends and family as well. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make it possible!

I just went to my PayPal account because Lasta sent me a new charge. My bad, I didn’t cancel my account.
But what I DID learn? They charged me double when I joined. Literally twice on the same day.
Scam company. Shame on you.

WARNING! This is a scam! Steals your card information!!!! The company tried to charge me several different amounts after payment. Luckily my bank was alert and closed my bank card. The bank said they were trying to map my account balance to get all the money out of my account! Never put your card information into a program!!!!! This is a scam!!!

I stared Lasta weight loss.
I stared Lasta weight loss on May 13.I like the walk exercise. I was able to walk until my table would not charge any more around June 7th. I Email them to tell them about my tablet, and if I could get it on my PC instead, it took them a long time to get back to me. A nice person Zoe Kass got back to me and said yes, I could get it on my PC and told me how to do it. I started back up on June 28, and still going. I have not seen any weight loss, but I have not gained any weight either.
