Hi Delicia, thank you for your "paid" negative review. We do not understand the second part of your question? Do you not know what you ordered? Also instructions with tutorial videos are on the same page you placed an order for the gels. Lastly, you have the wrong information because we do not sell Carbamide peroxide. Also, if you're purchasing professional gels, you should of been trained and certified to use these gels. We strongly recommend that you do not use our gels on your clients without taking a course on how to use basic whitening gels. Thanks

Hello, please contact us directly so we can work something out! We do offer touch ups and home maintenance products. Your treatment was done using 38% HP, its unfortunate that you do not see any results as this is the strongest gel on the market for in office teeth whitening treatments.

First application was fine, the next day syringe was clogged and shot the rest all over, that was with using the cap.

Hi John, storage and cleaning the syringe is mandatory after each use. It sounds like you mishandled the gel as there should not be any clogging. Sometimes when you are using a curing light, it can cure the top of the syringe. Please keep all light away from hydrogen peroxide. Thanks!

Also, when trying to go through the FINANCING PROCESS, it was RIDICULOUS and UNPROFEESIONAL w/HOW FINANCING CO. WENT THROUGH THEIR RIGOROUS PROCESS!
