Within recent weeks I bought two devices from the company, and so far it looks great.

The process of ordering was clear and smooth.

The time for assembling and delivery was also fine.

The only minor thing that could be improved - they created a default user with a different name than I requested, with a typo. I was able to correct that by myself.

As a client I took some risk to order a laptop from a provider you've never heard of - in my case the TongFang company.
But so far it looks pretty good. The keyboard is not as neat as it was on my previous Dell Laptop, but I might be I still in the process of adjustment.

Great work, I am happy that I chose LaptopWithLinux among a few European companies that supply linux computers!

From start to finish, the process of choosing, paying, and receiving was excellent.

- Choosing the right one was easy enough with the specifications listed
- Payment was straightforward
- Once the product was processed, shipping was lightening fast
- The product itself is really high quality, and of course the linux distribution was as I had chosen.

The only gripe I might have is that the technician who set up my computer misspelled its name and my own name, but that was easily fixed with stellar support from the team.

The whole process was smooth. The product(Laptop) they sent is really excellent. The pre-loading option is worth it. I had questions prior to purchase and they were happy to answer immediately via whats app. I am very happy with my purchase, I am already saving up for a mini computer for my house that I will buy through them also (eventually).

Right from the start, the laptop had a keyboard backlight that was only partially functional and could not be activated from time to time. There is no fix. Recently, in addition to line-by-line graphics errors, the same faulty lines keep occurring even after replacing the RAM. Graphics utilisation = impossible. In addition, there are now also sound problems, which are not getting any better under all the Linux distributions that are running more bad than good. Windows? Worst driver support ever. The device is no good for anything and the ‘engraving’ doesn't really look high quality... but is a TOP reason not to take the devices back. Warranty? Just Chinese scrap and the service ends in its friendliness as soon as there are problems. 1st stage of escalation no feedback, 2nd stage of escalation refusal. 1st level of response: warning to ALL. Better buy quality and premium service with OnSite Support. Starts with L.. too!

I am fully satisfied with this company. I have ordered an Intel NUC device for my personal file server. I have ordered not to install an operating system. The device has been prepared and shipped in a timely manner. Everything is OK. The file server operates as I expected.

The laptop (GX5) was assembled and shipped the next day, resulting in quick delivery across Europe (3 days after placing the order). After using it for a week, I have to say that I’m impressed by the product's overall quality. Even the touchpad is almost as comfortable as a MacBook's. It's basically a MacBook in the Linux world. There were no issues contacting support.

It is a fantastic laptop they build it really fast and shipped it promptly. Packaging was also very good a box around a double box, very nice. No complaints what-so-ever.
