Unable to reach anyone

Unable to reach anyone. Card began declining and I am unable to unlock the card. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of response and customer service.

HORRIBLE

If I could give this a negative rating, I would. I used this card for three months before they randomly closed it. If you try to call, no one ever answers the phone. It took me twenty two days to get a response to my email.

So I was approved for the card only for…

So I was approved for the card only for them to say that I am no longer approved based on an item they didn't like on my credit report. The irony is that this card was based on my income, not my credit. I sent over a paystub to be approved. So then they reduced my credit line, so I thought all was good. I went to use the card at Kaiser, and it was declined. Stay away from this card. The customer service people are also never in the office. They need to be clearer and upfront with their procedures and policies.

I don't understand card approval…

I don't understand card approval process, account was approved, I made an appointment with Dr for my daughter's visit, they closed account after we made Dr's appointment, they are playing games with peoples healthcare, please approve it or don't approve it or don't close it after approval., stop financing healthcare, this is not for you, you are in wrong business. I do not recommended this to any one, very unreliable and risky.
I was depending on this card, if I didn't have this card, I would have looked for something else or saved money, because of this Lane Health, healthcare willbe delayed for my daughter.

Don't use this company

If I could rate a negative number I would. The due date changes frequently. It's extremely difficult to link an account to repay the amount owed. I was unaware my first payment hadn't gone through and Lane Health had already started the process of turning my account over to collections. I'm not sure why they have a customer service because it does nothing when you try to make things right. Even after I was able to link an account to pay on their card and was able to use it again for medical needs I still received an email saying they were closing my account for non payment, despite my making payments. I wish I had done more research before signing with them. They don't report to the Better Business Bureau so they can make up their own rules. This company has caused me a lot of stress.

Card Closed Randomly

Card Closed Randomly
I loved the card - only got to use it once or twice before they randomly closed my card saying they randomly checked my credit. My credit is the same that it was when I applied and got approved for the card. It only lets me log in to make a payment but that's it. They randomly closed it but didn't tell me until days later + I have a dental bill that automatically comes off that card. I had the card for only about a month before this happened.

Kimberly was so helpful

Kimberly was so helpful, bubbly and kind - hands down one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. She was able to help me access my account, easily answer questions about my Dependent Care FSA and HSA Accounts, and extended the offer to help me again should I ever need it. She even called me after hours on a Friday to make sure I had everything I needed - very much appreciate her.

You'll get your account quickly

Update: just received an email that lanehealth.com flagged this for defamatory content. This should tell you a lot about the service they provide as the review is clearly not defamatory but fact driven. Glad I never used the card. Even worse I am seeing post warnings that other posts were similarly flagged or for illegal content when they were nothing but the upmost respectful and truthful. This is concerning and you will see my review along with others seem to have the same issues. Lack of support/communication. Original review: You'll get your account quickly, but good luck getting answers or help or support. Also limited to the USA so the whole any expense the IRS allows they do is not entirely correct. IRS allows you to use FSA/HSA for our of country procedures that are legal in the US and of course necessary and not cosmetic or something. Still deciding tlif I should keep my account cause the really only good thing is interest free for 12 months for emergency visits at hospitals but mostly everything else is 4 months then you start racking up fees and interest.

Low Limit

I applied for the card and was only provided with a $50.00 limit. Not really sure how this will assist me with paying for medical bills. This will not even cover my copay for a doctors visit. Again the product is unusable with a limit this low. The documentation that was provided to me states that the limit can be between $500.00 and $10,000. I was not expecting to be offered a $10,000 limit but $50.00 is not going to be any help to me.

Thank you for letting us know and we are sorry for any frustration this caused.

The credit limit assigned is determined by a combination of factors, including the information provided in the application process itself. While the initial limit may be lower than expected, it’s important to note that this is not a fixed limit. You may have additional information needed qualify for a higher credit limit, and if so, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at wecare@lanehealth.com or 833-302-LANE (5263) to discuss your account.

We appreciate your trust in us and making the time to let us know.
Look forward to assisting you.

Ease of use

Using the HSC card was easy and useful. I split up my medical bill into smaller chunks and was able to pay it off without destroying my monthly budget.

Urgent Feedback Regarding HSA Card Issue and Lack of Customer Support

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service I received while attempting to use your HSA Visa card. While acquiring the card was quick and easy, the experience quickly soured when I attempted to use it to purchase necessary medication for my family. Unfortunately, the funds were not released, leaving us unable to access the medication we urgently needed. This oversight has had a significant and life-altering impact on my family’s well-being.

To make matters worse, I made multiple attempts to contact your customer support team to resolve this issue, but I did not receive a response until this week. The delay in communication and lack of support during such a critical time is deeply disappointing, especially given the importance of the medication in question. As a result, I had no choice but to pursue alternative solutions at considerable time and financial cost.

After seeing similar reviews from others who have experienced similar issues, it is clear that this is not an isolated incident. Given the vital nature of these services, I urge you to address these concerns promptly. My experience with Lane Health has not only been frustrating but has directly impacted my family’s ability to access essential healthcare.

Respectfully, your company must take immediate steps to improve your systems and communication to ensure that others do not face the same issues.

Wasn't able to use card

I wasn't able to use my card at dental office for my crown. Card says active and shows amount I was allowed but I've been declined and don't know why. I tried to email you and give you my phone number as requested and I was blocked. I would not prefer to list phone number on here.

I attempted to contact this company on…

I attempted to contact this company on several different occasions. Unfortunately, there is no one answering their telephones. My calls were made during their service hours. So, if you use their services, remember that you are on your own!

I am writing in response to the apparent debt that I owe the company. What does this have to do with contacting your customer service department? As per our previous discussion, my complaint was about contacting your company via telephone. So your assertion that I owe an outstanding debt is an attempt to reframe the issue as though I am the problem. Fix the customer service issues!
